This taco bell is a joke. I literally got robbed by taco wasn't nite. They tool my order wrong then gave it to me and told me to give it back then I asked them if they would remake the chicken quesadilla not a steak and they told me to leave they said they refunded my money but never did. So I didn't get my food and they tool my money and never returned it. Something needs done about this store

I came here to pickup a doordash order, they didn’t acknowledge me at all. I should’ve known there would be issues because another woman was already in the lobby complaining. After standing here for about 15 minutes with the staff walking right past me while looking at me I decided to go through the drive thru. They then told me I’d have to come back inside, now I’m inside again and I’ve been here for 10 minutes once again ignored. They know I’m here for the order because I can hear them talking to each other about it. Just rude and ignorant and this is why the city is the way it is.

No one in line so they were not busy. Took over 5 minutes to order because the girl kept leaving and coming back. We then got cut off twice and told to pull forward while still ordering. Two items never made it to the receipt (we didn’t say anything because it was already a hassle) then an item we did pay for was missing so we went back around. We were asked by them to come inside to which we said no we already in the drive through. Then it took 10 minutes to get our missing item. People were unfriendly and clearly didn’t know how to work their systems. Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.

Doesn't make since to place a mobile order just to go through the drive thru and be told to pull back through the drive thru in 5-7 minutes. Food tastes old wasn't happy at all. Got the luxe 90s meal

Service is always terrible....rarely take orders if they do take your order they put a limit on the items you can order!!! needs to be closed down the workers here do not want to work at all...

Bad customer service. We were basically kicked out of the drive through after literally, not even one minute of looking at the menu. The lady sounded like she had an attitude and was very impatient. If you’re telling us to order when we’re ready, then we should be aloud that time we need to order, especially if we’re not being rude or taking decades to order.

It's sad that when you patronize a Taco Bell located in a predominantly So-Called Black neighborhood, this is the treatment that you get.
This needs to be brought to management and corporate attention because it was done on the mobile app and happened at the store that is probably franchised. I ordered a Veggie Build Your Own Cravings Box (1 Cheese Quesadilla, 1 Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, 1 Medium Brisk Mango Fiesta -ice) At 11:26 p.m. through the mobile app to be picked up and drive-thru. I arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 11:35 p.m. and told them I ordered through the app and was instructed to pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window and was told to pull around because the order was not ready. Now, mind you, it is just a cheese quesadilla, a burrito, and a drink with no ice. How hard was that, and I had to wait for other cars?
This is where it goes all wrong; I pull around and wait for about another 15 minutes, and I take a picture of all these cars going through, driving, and leaving, and my order still has not come out, and I'm knocking on the door. So I walked around to the drive-thru. Before you know it, I started having a verbal altercation with the cook, who was a Black Man with long locs, telling me to go to drive through and order my food. The girl that takes the order and needs both tells him that I ordered through the app and I've been waiting for my food. He told me I had to go through the drive-thru again to get it. I said I had already been through the drive-thru and was told to go around and wait. He said it's just two of them on the shift, and I'd have to wait, and he'll bring it out when he can. I told him why I had to wait, that he could serve every car that came through here, and that I'd been waiting almost 30 minutes. This is unprofessional. This happens when you lack management, understaffing, and training in dealing with conflict resolution and customer service. Take notice Taco Bell because these cancer-causing elements destroy franchises/businesses.
Again, this needs to be looked into, and I would love to have my money refunded. It's not much, but it's the principal. And be honest, if food is not made with love, it's food you should never eat. The energy that made it was highly negative.
When he bought the food out, I thanked him for it. He was respectful, and I departed, but I threw it away. But this one had to be put out into the universe for everyone. I wouldn't be the Big Homie or Promoter if I didn't speak out!

Order my stuff off of Uber eats and literally got 2 things wrong, one I’m missing something that I order and my drink isn’t the right size and isnt the right drink, honestly please do better. Like this is my money y’all playing with!!!?

Crunchy tacos so soft and soggy my bag ripped as soon as I got in the house. Over the last 3-4 years I have yet to get tacos from them that isn’t broken/cracked or soggy. Shame on me for giving 4 years of chances. Skinker location is leagues ahead. Not getting my money at Natural Bridge again.
