Negative stars. Idk who was working tonight but as someone who provides service in everything I do your drive-thru cashier is highly unprofessional. We all live in this world together folks. Thank God we went to Hardee’s instead he was an absolute God Send! Meet people where they are. If you’re reading this and you hungry and it’s past 10pm in St.Louis go to Hardee’s! Fresh biscuits daily.

We had an awesome experience!! After a long night my fiancé and I decided to stop by and grab dinner not only was the service fast and friendly it was Fresh!!! At 12Midnight!!!

Sat in the drive through with no other cars for 10 minutes after the automated prompt. No answer to me asking if they were open or not. Finally went inside to there being no cashier and nobody acknowledging I was there. Ended up ordering at a kiosk, then another 10 minutes for my food... and then half of the drink machine hookups had no syrup. The place was clean, most likely due to there being no customers. Rough time.

I am a doordash driver, its tiring and frustrating to wait in this line for more than 30-45 minutes when i come here, lines wont move an inch for 20-30 minutes on average while there are employees on the inside.
