While visiting the drive through a worker, very annoyed, asked “how many people are in the cra” and implied we were taking too long! In the middle of us speaking to her! Very disrespectful, we were shocked.

I went in to try to use the bathroom and the lady that was behind the counter was completely rude, like she couldn't believe I had the audacity to ask to use the bathroom. She got very frustrated and informed me and another person that walked in for the bathroom that they were out of order.

Alexia and Kerion are wonderful people if this Taco Bell ever screws up it's certainly not either of their faults you have to remember how difficult to talk about truly does have it because there is nothing else to eat around here except well I suppose the loop which is full of junk this is my Taco Bell it's like a second home and I order it two to three times a week because it is always always fabulous especially if something's wrong just let it be known some of the staff maybe a little short but just don't take offense to it that's just the way it goes they're very busy all the time because they're busy making your food great and I can't stress enough that this is my home base this is a wonderful Taco Bell and they deserve much better than 3.5 stars

Their interactions with customers were unacceptable, and their demeanor was far from welcoming. Such behavior negatively impacts the overall customer experience and reflects poorly on your business.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue. Perhaps a change in staffing or additional training for the night shift employees would be beneficial. I believe that ensuring a positive customer experience, even during the night shift, is crucial to the success of your store.
