Went to Taco Bell on last evening, about 10:30 pm. Drive thru. The woman who took my order was very non chalant. When I got to the window, she never said anything. Didn't smile or anything that welcomed me. Food was old, like it had been sitting there a while and was not hot . I will not return to that particular one. Restaurant #031308

I ordered delivery for the first time from the particular location. Everything was prepared as ordered. Honestly, the food tasted quite good. Everything was still hot when it arrived. I have been here for dine in as well and everything was great. My delivery was actually early. The driver was friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

The tacos are getting less meat and they get soggy real fast here lately
The food has gotten a lot better, there for awhile every time I ordered something was wrong with my order, I asked for no lettuce there was lettuce. Recently my orders have been on point. The food has been really good. The employees have also gotten better with customer service, there for awhile I refused to go because every time I went an employee was extremely rude for no reason. You guys are doing good, keep it up.

Went thru drive thru and had to leave but cancelled the order before I did because I had lost my card but I found it when I pulled around and checked my car in the parking lot, when I returned to make my order the lady and man, yes 2 workers were extremely rude making me feel bad for them making the order and throwing out the food when I literally said never mind cancel the order. Never coming back here again extremely rude workers who complain about doing their job.

I had received a cantina chicken quesadilla from another location and they put the chipotle sauce on it instead of the creamy jalapeno sauce. Idk if y'all agree but the chipotle sauce can die in hell imo, creamy jalapeno is top tier. ANYWAY I had already driven from Crestwood to u city where I live only to take a disappointing bite of my dilla. I was super sad but determined to have a good dilla cuz its my comfort fast food item! So I called this location and the lovely staff made me a new dilla for free and were very kind to me throughout the whole process!! Idk if the staff will see this review but I really appreciate y'all thank you so much!!
