They're always really slow and dont get even simple orders right, like no lettuce. Not much meat in the tacos and the quesadillas are literally half empty, the end pieces are just tortilla.

I actually love this taco bell really friendly and usually good service but a while ago they ran out of the normal cantina tacos and Took it off the mobile app menu so people couldn’t order it while it wasn’t available. Well they have it now but I can’t order it with my mobile order. I have to get those two separate which usually messes up their line, and it’s been like this for like a month maybe 2

Just ordered a taco group box. The food was amazing but the workers not so much. The lady in the drive through(did not ask her name) had long red braids. She was very rude and didn’t even say hello. Nor was she apologetic about our 15 minute wait. She simply did not even acknowledge us.

Drive-through only, so no review of the atmosphere. The attendant was friendly and double checked our order and went out of her way to make sure we didn’t want a drink or sauces to go with our order. And, she did all of this at 10:15 at night when most people wouldn’t give AF. I gotta say T bell never disappoints! No photos because the food wasn’t around long enough.

I ordered 6 different things, 4 of which were tacos and 2 were quesadillas. My quesadillas were supposed to have extra steak, both had less steak than normal but sopping wet with sauce and not edible at that point. I also asked for a lot of sauce due to the amount of food ordered and I received 5 sauce packets for 4 tacos and 2 quesadillas. This used to be the best taco bell around and they have gone so far downhill I'm afraid they will never be able to recover
