Taking it hard that y’all are gone. The only place to get decent Mexican food in the city.

Honestly more of a 3.75 * Let me start with the positive.... love the feel of the place, it does feel like a taco shop in Austin. The patio is multilayered and offers lots of tree shaded picnic table seating. The chips and spicy salsa are really fresh and tasty. Staff is appropriate. I would not say friendly or warm in the least but effective. So into the not so great meal. We ordered the chicken taco salad, chicken burrito, mezcal marg and a beer $58 w/tip $68, IMO kind of steep for the quality, however both items are massive, two people could share for sure especially since neither of us liked it or wanted to finish it. This chicken has no taste and the texture was off. We generally eat free range organic so maybe we are just used to that but this was an off texture, very rubbery consistency. My husband and I both agree it was just flat.

So so accommodating. That Mezcal Margarita is all the wonderful things in the world in a cup. Staff was great. And I couldn’t believe how fast everything came out and amazing the atmosphere was.

Young crowd. Food the munchers would love. Many folks participating in the St Louis Taco week raved this place had the best tacos. Meat was the most flavorful.

Might be my favorite new place for margaritas and tacos. Was SO good! Staff was super friendly. Will definitely return!

One thing I hated was someone sweeping while customers were eating. The food was large in size not large in flavor. The salsa was watery and vineager flavored.A place called taco circus should have more tacos on the menu. The frozen drinks were sub par.The place was clean and filled with trinkets. Which was great.

If you're going to eat here, come hungry. Generous portion sizes, friendly staff, and a cozy patio make this spot a great place to hang out. Our waiter Jax was fast and made sure we always had everything we needed.I attempted the "Mexican Flag" burrito, and ate a fourth before tapping out (it'll make a good lunch for the next day!)Something that wasn't listed on the new menu, but we found out was available, we're the apple filled churros served with this blueberry sauce. It was amazing. The house margarita was not too sweet, and had the perfect amount of liquor in it.I'll definitely be back.Overall, definitely check this place out.

I'll be honest, Taco circus and I have had a rocky start together. We were so excited to see them moving into this location because it's close to home and I've always loved this patio. However our first couple of visits did not go well. One due to being a new restaurant, one being due to Covid. We decided to give it another chance and I'm finally able to give them the props and positive review that I wanted. The chips are super light and crispy. I love the salsa with just the right amount of spice. I ordered the Carnitas burrito. Good gracious it's enormous. I ate half and was so stuffed for the rest of the night. I took the other half home and ate it for lunch and next day and it was just as good as it was originally. Normally Mexican food is a no-go on leftovers. The house Margarita was just right and a good portion size. So positive vibes all around. I'm excited to get to add this to my regular restaurant rotation close to home.

Tried Taco Circus with my family for the first time, and we loved it! Immediately after sitting down, we were greeted by one of the owners and he shared with us the new menu. Our server was fast, efficient, attentive, and knowledgable. They started our table off with complimentary chips and homemade salsa. The tastiest salsa I have EVER had! Best salsa in the Lou! The magarita was excellent and tasty. We ordered chicken, steak, and ground beef street tacos. We also ordered a chicken quesadilla and the Nachos Superior. OMGsh! The nachos were HUGE! The street tacos were just overflowing with plenty of beef and steak. The steak was very flavorful and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make our dinner awesome! We will be telling others about the food, and we will definitely be back!

This is a solid Tex-Mex place with great nachos, huge burritos and really good street tacos with pastor and carnitas (among other options).Outdoor patio is a must if you want to feel safe during this pandemic days and the music choice is great.Christian, the owner, was beyond friendly and gave us a warm welcome.I feel street tacos a little too expensive, but the flavor compensates. If they only had a tiny extra scoop of filling they would be great and fit the value.

4 stars only because we had to wait for 50 minutes when we were told it would be 20. I have to say my burrito was the best burrito I have ever eaten. And it was huge.

Come hungry, portions are huge!I’m a nacho lover and these folks offer the best take out nachos my $ can buy. I will say that the accoutrements are different nearly every time, but I kind of love that.Good people, good food.
