The boss lady scolded at us over the phone because we called again to add an extra dish on our previous order. When we arrived to pick it up she kept telling us how much troubled she had changing our order. And waved the receipt to us, yes she was mad because over two recepts. I don't want to get yelled at over two paper she has wasted so we will not go back.

Worst service we ever had at a restaurant. The positive comments online must be fake. Not sure why but the server/owner lady expressed displeasure with us immediately when we walked in like we did something wrong. We let it go initially as we didn't know that it was going to get this bad. We sat down and started to hear her complaining in Chinese about having too many customers (when seriously there were only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant besides us - no more than 4 people per table).The server/owner lady snatched the menu from us in anger before we even had the chance to order, while mumbling about how unhappy she was. I was still giving her the benefit of the doubt when she finally walked over to take our order with that "you shouldn't be here, I'm doing you a favor" face. In actual words, she actually said she didn't like our order because it was too much trouble! I was only on the 3rd item when ordering...an simple order of fried wonton. We couldn't believe a business could be that rude and unwelcoming.Not to mention how dirty the place was, dirty tables, seriously with spider webs on the ceiling and spattered sauces from previous customers on the sides of the tables. Can't imagine how dirty the kitchen would be, with bugs and all the heat. And yes, that was it. We walked out before we finished placing our order - it was an absolutely terrible experience.

The food is not typical Shanghainese food. Take my word for it because I’m originally from Shanghai. The lady recommended marinated duck but it was kinda disappointing. Rice tasted weird. Would not go again.
