I had such a wonderful time at Anthony's Bar. This little place is tucked away downtown that I never would have noticed it without a colleague suggesting we go there. Lucky me arrived on Downtown St. Louis Restaurant week! Fabulous dinner starting with ricotta in eggplant roll in a creamy tomato basel sauce that was like a slice of heaven. Luscious pork chop with tasty sides. And topped by wonderful coconut chocolate tart with ice cream. ALL FOR $25!! Sign me up again! And they are also suporting the local food bank as part of the promotion.

Cool little sidebar in a high-rise right in downtown St.Louis. this joint feels like it could be right off the set of Mad Men. Small to the point menu with very friendly service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this place for the single Traveler the one person wanting to grab a quick lunch by themself perfect for that.
