I love the fact I can pickup fresh quality meat to bring home to cook myself. Best pickup service I have received in a while(even before pandemic) fast and easy. I have a family of 3 so bought a rack of ribs, an order of family sliders that come with buns and both have 8 oz of whiskey bbq sauce on side (extra cost).

I can sum this up in one sentence: It's TGI Fridays. Now, I'm going to keep typing because Yelp will tell me my review needs to be longer. But it's exactly what you would expect from a chain restaurant in downtown in every big city in the United States. It's OK. My chicken sandwich was decent but pedestrian. My wife's chicken and shrimp Cajun pasta, well, they must have forgotten to put in the Cajun spices. Bland might be giving it too much credit. The fries were cold. The cheesecake tasted great, but it was undersized. If you want to eat at Fridays but you're also craving cheesecake -- which I pretty much always am -- walk down Chestnut and get the cheesecake at Calico's. It's WAY better.

It was Friday night, everyone was in a good mood and ready to get some food. Settled on this TGI Fridays, unfortunately it was by far one of the worst experiences I've had. Right when we got there they could t decide on who was going to serve us or what table we would sit at. We had to move tables twice and our "servers" had no idea what they were doing. The service was absolutely terrible, it took 15 minutes before we got our drinks and appetizer, and once we got our food I found a huge hair in my pasta. Really the only upside to this place was that I actually got to eat because I was starving. Easy to say I'll never go back.

Service and food were both good. Definitely worth a go and is super close to the Arch so can just walk from one to the other like we did.

If you make a reservation online, when you get to the restaurant, they will refuse your reservation even though you have a confirmation number. I made the reservation online for my fiancé’s birthday and made all the arrangements with her and her family. But when we got to the restaurant the staff immediately said they won’t accommodate us and only offered to sit us separately and that they didn’t take online reservations even though the website says different. We won’t be back to this restaurant and have noticed Guest Relations. Thanks for ruining my fiancé’s birthday.

Well. TGI Friday. Food was decent even though order was wrong. I don’t know why, but it makes me mad when wait staff doesn’t write things down especially for larger tables. Anyway, from getting the food on, things went ok. Drinks were refilled appropriately, but then waitress disappeared. Had to ask manager twice for bill. Maybe it was just busy. Unsure. With plenty of time to wait, unfortunately went to the bathroom which was an absolute train wreck. Not the best experience lol.

Where do i start? We arrived at this location and there was only about 4 people in the entire restaurant. Our first round of drinks were soooooo sour we asked for more... our food came out late and was over cooked. Our second drinks were also sour
Walked in, place was 90% empty. No staff in sight, no indication if I should seat myself or wait to be seated. Since I was by myself I finally just went to the bar. When I asked for a menu, I was given one with warped, water damaged pages and mildew growing inside. I got up and left. Disgusting.

There are other Fridays to visit. Only go to this one if you have to. Every surface was filthy and almost every table had not been wiped or bussed. Its okay to have periods where things need to be cleaned but noone did it the whole time we were there. Beer was flat also.

This was amazing! The costumer service was amazing! Our server Cassidy recommended some of the best items on the menu! His positive vibes really made our night! The fry seasoning is the best I think I have ever tasted!

Went tonight to celebrate my 38th birthday with some close friends. We had an amazing time. The Shrimp and Lobster Pasta was great and our server, Destiny was great as well.
