My girlfriend brought me after we learned that TGI Fridays filed for bankruptcy. I got a steak, she got the new whiskey glazed chicken sandwich. We both loved our food, and the staff were all friendly! I loved all the decorations and atmosphere! I am excited to go back!
Dietary restrictions: No charge for a gluten free bun for my girlfriend’s sandwich, which is very special to her, because that is so rare.

I ordered baby back ribs with whiskey sauce. They didn’t put the sauce on the ribs nor did they put extra sauce in the container. The french fries were cold and the slaw was warm. Not a good meal for 30 something dollars.

The mozzarella sticks were amazing and I loved the glass chandeliers and murals because they reminded me of my great grandmas house. My server was amazing too.

Ordered drinks, appetizer, and meals and drinks were great. They brought my husband's salad out first after they tried giving us the tables next to us salads. They tried to bring someone else's appetizer then once we got the appetizer they didn't brings little places to eat on. Had to ask. Then when food came my husband's $21 dollar salmon looked like like the size of a cigarette pack. My chicken strips were tiny. There was more fries than anything. When we asked for manager he basically told us that was pre-cut and portioned and there was nothing he could do about it. So my husband told him we didn't want his meal. Once he grabbed it and walked away. Went behind the bar and remove the meal then asked us if he would rather have something else. Manager could have definitely handled the situation better. Dont think we will come back which is sad because I've always loved this place.

I spoke with Ali at the South County location after the disaster that happened at the St. Charles location after I spent $60. I have always loved this place and food and always had excellent service. It was because Ali worked at my old location and I just happen to call this one looking for assistance and reached her again. She is the epitome of a good leader and her handling of the situation guaranteed me staying as a customer.
