Got a three cheese grilled cheese, and tomato soup and the grilled cheese was horrible,it had no cheese hardly on it and was to hard and dry to eat. The tomatoes soup was like a can of tomatoes with a tiny amount of seasoning. For 14 dollars I expect atleast an edible sandwich.

Great and friendly service. Burger was delicious. You can tell the guy really cares about his job.Only downside is the lobby is cold. Wear a jacket!

The place has very slow service, the food is really bad and it’s very expensive. Save your money and go to nearby restaurants.
I was extremely happy with my stay at this property. It is older, but was likely refreshed several years ago. Most importantly, it was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. They had good protocols in place for COVID - including a free coffee and light continental breakfast offering which I think goes above and beyond for a courtyard. Service was consistently excellent regardless of who I interacted with. Thank you!
✈️ dear TripAdvisor I want to commend Scott from the front desk for solving my billing issue ...he researched it and made it correct, following up with me to confirm and sending confirmation thank you so much for thoroughness and great customer service we had a great stay
Room 162. Was offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite and took it. I was by myself so this was just for giggles. The room was super clean and spacious. If I had been traveling with the family this room would have been perfect. The desk staff seemed friendly enough. The bistro has a decent menu but closed early the night I planned on having a drink there. The lobby has plenty of seating and the sunken lounge area has a gas fireplace. The pool is big and has a lounging area but no hot tub. It’s a Courtyard so no free breakfast that I’m used to at other Marriott chains. In fact, not even free coffee and tea in the lobby. There was a bottle of water in the room (with a $5 price tag so I left it). Overall it’s a good option if you’re traveling by yourself but if you have a family you might want to look at the Fairfield across the street.
I booked this hotel for an overnight while passing thru. I got a good price on hotels dot com, but as usual, the property put us in a less desirable location (right by very cold entrance door) than I suspect they would have if I had paid them directly, but of course, they would not have matched the rate! Room was nice, clean and quiet despite being by an entrance. We had to put a towel down at the door as the winter cold was coming in the 1 /2" gap at the bottom of the door. Wireless internet works but is NOT secured/web encrypted, so use carefully. Movie channels on TV (Netflix, HBO, Showtime, etc.) all gave a 'network error' last night and would not work. I called the front desk and the young woman was frankly clueless; she said you need to sign into netflix. I explained it even said on the TV guide that netflix did not require password, yet it did not work. She mumbled she would 'look into it.' Of course, no followup. It appeared she was the only hotel person here except the lobby coffee stand worker, who was closing up. Skeleton staff, if it doesn't work, oh well. we got what we paid for, but not what they advertise you get...
This hotel would have been rated 4* however they gave us a room right by the exit door and all I heard all night and early morning was the slamming of the exit door being open and closed! If I didn't have sleeping kids with me I would have demanded a new room, but instead when I checked out Aretha asked how my stay was and I told her how horrible it was, her response-that's weird they orginally had you on the 3rd floor....didn't offer me anything. As a Marriott member I called the manager John the next day and he did apologize and say they "were close to being booked" that was a lie, there were barely any cars in the parking lot at all, and then he said he'd credit me $25, another lie, he credited me $20. I'm a principal kind of person, if you say you are going to do something do it! Very poor customer service & management-do not stay here!
