The staff seemed knowledgeable of the alpha gal allergy (no mammal products). They offered vegan cheese for the pizza, however the vegan cheese was not very good. I’ve definitely ate better vegan cheese pizza before. It’s nice to know the option is available- maybe even just getting it without cheese would be tasty.

This bar has a limited menu of a really good deep dish pizza. It does take quite some time to cook a pizza that huge, so be prepared to wait 35 to 40 minutes for your order. When you enter the bar, you order at the counter and they will bring your food to you when it's ready.
I once drove to Chicago, all four hours I was exhilarated for a taste bud bending deep dish pizza. What was I greeted with? A flavorless tooth breaking crunchy pile of mushy sauce. Little did I know I only had to drive 10 minutes to get a deep dish pizza so good it knocked my socks off...I put them back on and it knocked them off again. Lemme tell you, this pizza will rock your world buddy. We walked in and were greeted to the chillest most classy hole in the wall bar kinda vibe...
