The food is bad microwaved food, thats unseasoned and too chewy. My spouse couldn't even take a bite of their omelet because it tasted like it had gone bad. The hostess was crabby the waitress walked away from the table while we were talking with her. The chairs grind on the floor so inches behind you you'll have lost chairs getting pushed and pulled in every direction, so you cant even talk without being interrupted.

Very good burger and fries and super quick especially in a busy airport. They also have tvs for sports and all sorts of drinks. Best part they take google pay, super quick to pay and leave.

Room temperature burger and fries. A glass that looked dirty for the beer. Salsa that should not be called salsa. Stay away from this place.

I was early so I decided to stop and have breakfast. The food was very good, which is not always the case at airports. The service was excellant, I was impressed! I will eat here again. The food was hot and tasty. The place was packed. I know why, the service was top notch! Try them, they are worthy.

I'm leaving a review for a airport restaurant, and it isn't to complain... that on its own should say something. My server, Anthony, was running back and forth like crazy taking care of people with an amazing positive attitude and somehow keeping up with everything. Probably should have more servers on staff toove people through quickly and drive revenue up..but if that isn't going to happen- just make sure you keep people like this guy!

Waited too long to have been seated due to the host/server floating with another guest. The food was hotel quality and the bartender was very slow

The bartender Sheila was very rude. Took 20 minutes before she even spoke to me. Then I didn’t know if she was talking to me or the guy two seats away. She never made eye contact. Basically tossed a menu my way and then never came back or asked if I wanted food. Tried to order from the app but said wasn’t available at the time. Tried to get Sheila’s attention but didn’t happen. I ask for my check and she basically tossed that at me too with no eye contact. Never said thank you or anything. I left and went to another bar in the airport for better service.

The absolute worst service, rude, and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I was hoping the food would be a redeeming quality, but no, it was just as bad. Avoid this establishment like the plague.

The bartender was horrible. (Older white lady, Ruth.) It took about 10 minutes for her to acknowledge my existence. She was unable to multitask at all and moved slower than a baby that hadn't learned to crawl yet. I finally got to order a burger and fries and asked for nothing on it but pickles. She said they don't have pickles that will fit. I said, okay, you don't have pickles? She said they have dill spears. Ooooookay, those are pickles, I'll take that.
After 30+ minutes I asked if she thought the burger would be out soon. She said, as soon as I go back there to get it it will be. 🙄

About 15% of the bar too was stacked with dirty barware. Nats flying around the taps and bar area.

I'll try another place next time I fly. The service deserves a zero.

Stopped here for dinner while at a layover. Food was okay. Service was terrible. It felt like the server had it out for me from the moment I arrived. First, he wanted me to go sit at the bar, but I told him I wasn’t drinking. So, he halfheartedly cleaned a dirty table and sat me there. Once he took my order, he never came back to check on me and then wanted me to pay using the QR code. When that wasn’t working, he finally gave me my check. My entree magically went up by $1, compared to the price on the menu. Then, the gratuity suggestions ranged from 20% to 30%! Really? For what? I gave him the % gratuity appropriate for this visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place, even if one was dying of starvation.

We (my husband and I) had about a 4 hour layover between flights, and needed to get something to eat for dinner. After walking around, we found The Blue Note. It looked like a good restaurant to eat, so we sat down. As soon as we walked up, the hostess looked at us then walked to the back and did not come back. About 5 minutes later, a waitress walked up and sat us down. She seemed nice at first. The tables had a menu QR code to scan and we tried to order from each of our phones, but it would not allow us to complete the order, which isn't a big deal. Online it said the drinks were free, and we asked our waiter if this is true and she said yes. So we both ordered and got food. Louis nachos were really good. When we got the receipt, we were really upset because we got charged extra for avocado when it came with it on the nachos, and our drinks were $5 a piece. When I brought it to the waitress she got a very nasty attitude and said that nothing is free at an airport, even though she did say the drinks were free because we pointed it out on the menu online. She was being very rude and very dismissive. I just left it alone and paid, and left. Overall I would definitely not eat here again or recommend it to anybody even if they were desperate.
