This place is a joke. The “Clubhouse Turkey” sandwich had one thin piece of turkey one piece of bacon halved, wilted lettuce… sent back. The brathurst which comes on a “pretzel bun” is served on two one inch pretzel breadsticks so when you pick it up brat falls out. Fries cold. Tea and soda drinks served only 2/3 full. Server couldn’t u destined our frustration and was making excuses

I wonder why this place has low ratings. I ordered to go, and my food was hot, fresh and delicious. The young lady who took my order was nice and professional. As a Flight Attendant I can appreciate an airport restaurant that has good food, reasonable prices and great customer service.

Food was less than mediocre. Got a burger. Lettuce and tomatoes were obviously days old. Big hair in my burger. Never again. Wouldn't recommend.

Food is terrible. This place constantly disappoints, but there are not many options in STL airport. Get it together! Game Over.

WAS TOLD MY FOOD WOULD BE READY IN 15 min (to go) and I waited over 30 mins. I asked for a refund and they told me no. So I waited. They didn’t even care. So expect to wait a long time.

Double charged my card, no way to contact the restaurant. Called the airport and they were no help.

It's always difficult traveling with food allergies and/or restrictions, so I walked to several eateries to see if they had anything. I really didn't want to spend a lot and neither did I want a large portion. The Blue Note seemed to be my best option. I ordered two sides; sweet potato fries and coleslaw. The host was really sweet, very polite. I stood away from the restaurant as not to cause confusion with potential customers. I received my food rather quickly. There wasn't much to it. The slaw was better than the unseasoned, cold fries. I had to drown my fries in ketchup.

Please acknowledge your guests who are waiting even if you won't have a table available. 20 minutes without even a greeting is unacceptable.

I have low expectations of a restaurant in an airport terminal, but the food was good in the service too.

“Pulled pork” on salad smelled like wet dog food. Chowder bland. Employees def didn’t want to be there & didn’t see waiter between getting food & having to track him down for the bill. This place is currently 2.6 ⭐️, should be lower.

If you're flying through St Louis, you really should check out The Blue Note. As far as airport restaurants go, this place is great. Reasonable prices, delicious food, and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more!In fact this happens to be my second stop in St Louis in as many months and I made sure to stop by during my layover.
