I have been to several events here and the atmosphere is always great, but the service is HORRIBLE. The bartenders and wait staff are very slow. You can tell they are inexperienced. Recently, we went for the Father's Day Edition- Cigars and Bourbon event, purchased a cabana but when we checked in, we were not provided any direction on where to go. I had to ask. A bottle came with the cabana and it took us 1 hour to get it. When we finally got it, it took another 30 min just to get a bucket of ice. It takes forever to get anything done here. We had to ask for water several times before we had someone else get it for us. The drinks are way overpriced and the food is mediocre and limited. Not sure if I will return.

Extremely rude staff and management. Food is not great and definitely not for the prices. This location should be a hit spot due to the location and view. But it's instead a awful place.

Staff were pleasant, but what gives you the gall to charge 36$ for 2 drinks. Not even Napoli does this. In addition to the gentleman that will be eating before he comes here, I will be eating and drinking before I get dragged here.

I was so happy to have the opportunity to work with Sydney and her wonderful team at Live by Loews for a client's wedding. The venue is fun and lovely and perfect for St. Louis couples who want to showcase the best of St. Louis. Beyond the amenities and location of the venue, the staff is professional, courteous, and dedicated to service, whether it is the clients, guests, or vendors. Thank you again for all your work to make this a great day.
The hotel itself was great. Comfortable and convenient. The service however was absolutely terrible from check in until well after check out. Check in was scheduled for 4:00. We arrived right at 4:00, but our room was not ready. Their immediate solution was to downgrade my room. I refused the downgrade due to the fact that the ballpark view was the entire reason I booked the hotel. I was told our room should be ready shortly and I would recieve a text when it was ready. After an hour of not receiving a text, I went back to the front desk to discover our room was ready. This process made us late for our scheduled plans that evening. After check out, I realized I had left my rings in the room. I immediately called the front desk and asked them to go upstairs to get the rings and leave them at the desk for me. They stated they would, but an hour later we were told that no one went to the room to get my rings and we'd have to wait for housekeeping to turn the rings in. Several hours past only for us to be told housekeeping never turned anything in. After 48 hours and 8 phone calls, I was finally connected to a director. The director called me back after investigating only to tell me, my rings were no where to be found. At this time I have been offered zero resolution for this issue.
My hubby and I stayed one night over the weekend after attending Taste of STL for our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff was very nice, loved all the baseball decor, and the room was clean & beautiful. After a long day in the heat, we checked in and we enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar. We casually mentioned to the bartender it was our anniversary as we were leaving to go back out. We came back to our room and they had sent up a very sweet card and a bottle of champagne!! I highly recommend this lovely hotel, and we will be staying again!!
The hotel doubles as a concert venue. That's fine if you're here to attend a concert, but if you're just here to sleep, it's a disaster. The noise was so loud in my room (which was 5 stories above the concert area) that the glasses on a table were vibrating past 11pm. It's amazing to me that the management seems to think they can house a hotel and a concert venue in the same building, but here we are.
The service at the bar was VERY slow. Drinks were overpriced. The atmosphere is pretty nice, more upscale. Unfortunately the rooftop bar wasn't open yet when we went even though it would have been a beautiful night for it.
1. I got in town early and when I reach out to see what early check in options they had, I was told there was nothing that could of been done and I would still have to wait hours for the 4pm check in. 2. I am thankful the Manager on duty have me free $30 parking and a $25 food voucher which I did not have to time even utilize based on my plans I already had established. I just truly feeling for waiting for hours and having to sleep in my car at quick trip for hours waiting for the room to be ready I felt that was not enough! 3. On my last day I really wanted to be able to extend my room from 11am checkout to atleast 12:30 or 1 pm so I could have more time to get brunch and come back and get ready. But was told I would need to extend it through my third party (delta hotels) which would have cost me more which makes no sense. When I plan on coming back to St. Louis I do not ever see myself coming back to this location. I wanted to experience something nicer than the Hyatt and thought it would have been you guys! I would like to be contacted by a corporate level or the hotel owner to just talk about my experience and make sure they are aware of what is going on within their establishment.

The location was very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is in close proximity to the convention center and literally across the street from Ballpark Village. We will definitely stay here again!
We stayed at this hotel for a baseball game and concert weekend. The game was next door at Busch Stadium and the concert was at Enterprise Center. We were able to walk to both which highlights the great location for this hotel. It is walking distance to so many great sights, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. The hotel staff is friendly and eager to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The only drawback, particularly on game days is parking. It is $50 a night for valet...which is about your only option if the Cardinals are in town. If you are stuck choosing the valet option, at least the valets and the process they have for loading/unloading are some of the best I have ever seen.
Room was beautiful and clean, staff was very friendly, overall really nice place. Parking was a nightmare, which is to be expected in any downtown area. I circled the block once and decided against public parking so valeted instead ($50 daily). Walking to arch was about 15 minutes. Salt & Smoke bbq around the corner was very good. My only complaint was the $6 coffee at the breakfast restaurant. Way overpriced and wasn’t even hot but the food was good!!
I love this hotel. It is beautiful and is in a great location. The staff is always so nice. I recommend staying on a higher floor to avoid the music on the 2nd floor bar if you go to bed before 10. I have two wishes. 1. a hotel loyalty program 2. cheaper food prices for the restaurant.
The rooms are kept clean and the beds are very comfortable. The front desk and valet are very helpful and accommodating. The on-site restaurant is very convenient and the food is great. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
