I am always so excited to see Cham Bakery at the WashU Farmer's Market. The first time I went I spent quite a bit of money but not because they are expensive but because I bought a lot. The Zaatar bread, Cheese Pide are exceptional. (I would have taken a picture of the Pide I bought today but sadly it was gone too soon. No, I didn't drop it. These fine folks are known for their thin pita (white AND wheat options!), which I keep in my freezer all the time. Additionally, they make the best baba ganoush I’ve ever had, and their lentil and rice salad with caramelized onions and their bulgur salad and their tabbouleh are such great lunch options for work. My favorite farmer's market stand ever!!! Their bulgar salad and caramelized onion lentil rice are ABSOLUTELY amazing! My parents from Seoul (who flew in to visit me) were super blown away by their food too. They rated their food as th BEST and most memorable food they tasted in STL (which honestly says a lot about them since STL has lots of good restaurants).
