We've only been here two other times and today will be our absolute last. The server started out ok. The food came in a timely fashion. Thats when things changed. Let's start with when one of the servers walking by and dropping the sour cream on the floor is splashed up and got on my mother in laws sweater and coat . They said just a little get on her sweater. When we were ready to leave, my wife noticed that it was all over her coat. They took a rag and tried wiping it.But seriously.I doubt this thing is not have spots on it. Enough said about that.It doesn't matter because they obviously did not care. I would have sent a manager over to address it.But oh well..
Now on to the food. We're all ordered water. Remember we all ordered water.Nothing else to drink.
The lady's got the open faced roast beef. It was not cooked all the way through. I didn't know he had to ask for roast beef to be cooked all the way through, but apparently that's how they make it there. My mother law ate most of hers.My wife ate less than half of her roast beef I had a burger.It was cooked almost completely well done. Enough I didn't bother saying anything.
Overall if a dining experience was terrible. Now on to the bill. Remember I said that we all ordered water. The server gave me bill and charged me for 3 pepsi's. I showed her the bill and said we didn't have pepsi's.We had water. I hand her the bill, she came back.And now she had two pepsi's on the bill. I handed it back to her and said you still have two pepsi's. She was very rude and said, well, sir, you have two lemonades right there. I had to show her that we had crystal light, not pepsi. She responded, it's not like i'm trying to get you or anything. So, with the horrible experience of the food, not being done, followed up with getting sour cream on my mother in laws sweater and her coat, and last but not least not only trying to overcharge me for drinks we did not have, but to argue with me and tell me what she thought that we had are was just trying to charge me.I don't know.
Bottom line is, we will never, ever ever set foot in this establishment again. If you choose to eat here and a lot of people do, up, please do yourself a favor and look at your bill.

I got the chance to have their monthly burger for January. It's a regular burger patty, grilled onions, crispy bacon, with a raspberry chipotle jam. On the top bun is cream cheese.

It may sound weird but I promise it's so worth it!

Recommended to us by my hubby's coworker. It was amazing. I had the Mac and cheese burger, he had the whiskey jack burger. Wedding cake to go. Delicious food, fast friendly service. 5 🌟

Best burger place around! I drive almost a hour for the food.

A good friend brought me here today, and frankly I was mad..... because it was my first time here and I had no idea what I was missing out on. I promise to stop in again and again. Thanks for the great burger and good service.

They had very friendly service, and Jami's Loaded Spud Burger was amazing! Also, the Fried Artichoke Hearts were great! After several times back at this restaurant I can definitely confirm that the Sticky Burger is great! Peanut Butter and Jalapeño Jelly shouldn't go so well together but they do!
