Fifth wheel catering is amazing. The food is delicious, staff is great. Tyler invited us to an open house to sample different varieties of food for our wedding. We decided on bbq, we had so many options to choose from. Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, mac and cheese, green beans and corn bread. My husband is picky- this was some of the best brisket he’s ever had. The mac and cheese also to die for!

We worked with Fifth Wheel for our wedding on 10.20.23 and they were fantastic! We really wanted to do something pretty nontraditional for our wedding so we decided on the buffet stations (which were a hit!!!) The Southern option (with shrimp & grits and the chicken & waffles) were a guest favorite and were raved about all night! The desserts and cake we were received were amazing as well. Tyler was great to work with, always on top of things, and very professional. He truly made everything such a breeze for us!! Highly recommend Fifth Wheel for your big day!

My husband and I were married at Willow and The Fifth Wheel Catering was their in-house caterer. They did NOT disappoint! We chose BBQ for the main dish, along with their dessert buffet, and two late night snacks: orange chicken and pretzels. We haven't heard one negative word about the food. We are so thankful to have had such a wonderful experience with The Fifth Wheel Catering and would gladly recommend them to everyone for their event!

We used them for our wedding reception this past summer at Willow, and the food was amazing! We chose the BBQ buffet and there were so many options. Our guests all raved about it. The staff was also top notch and so attentive. They had our cocktails ready at our head table and made sure we had enough to eat. They even packed up leftover cake for us to take with us at the end of the night. I would definitely recommend using Fifth Wheel!

The bartenders were fast, all staff was INCREDIBLY friendly, and Tyler went above and beyond. I was in the process of booking with Fifth Wheel Catering. I just want to give out a shout out to Tyler W. for being extremely helpful, a great listener, and extremely responsive with emails and details. When he said he would do something, it was done almost immediately. My company ended up having to go with a different option for our event due to location reasons, however, I would HIGHLY recommend working with this group. I’ve worked with many people in different places for scheduling / booking …. And you won’t find a more highly reliable service. Also, when I told Tyler that I have never been to St. Louis before, what we were in town for, and how long we were there for - he even offered recommendations outside of his industry. Which I’ve never had anyone go above and beyond to make sure that not only our event would be exceptional, but also make sure that our group’s entire stay in our host city would be memorable. I’m sure we will be back to St Louis - and when we host another event in the future, we will DEFINITELY be coming to Fifth Wheel. Thank you so much!!!

Spanky Entertainment Dueling Pianos recently performed for The Fifth Wheel Catering's New Menu Showcase at Willow and we were WOWed by the cuisine and staff! Everything was fresh and delicious, beautifully plated, and professionally served. We will definitely recommend The Fifth Wheel to our clients!
Our initial experience with Fifth Wheel/Dave Bailey was good when we started wedding planning in 2020. The event coordinator was great but then COVID hit and she was furloughed. As we still navigated our wedding planning, communication from Fifth Wheel tanked. It was an understandably stressful time for businesses but didn't instill much confidence when multiple exchanges still resulted in incorrect contracts/informations/etc. if there was a response at all.Eventually, our postponement turned into a cancellation when our event could no longer accommodate our wedding. From there we were met with confusing communications or absolutely no response at all from FW. One finally eluded to our refund is on its way (it wasn't). Finally Dave Bailey himself reached out to rectify the situation. This was only after a negative review was posted, not the many other unanswered calls/emails from us. Unfortunately, he couldn't be bothered to actually connect after many attempts.It has been many months at this point and we're still out a lot of money. Would avoid them for catering at all costs.

Fifth Wheel catered our rehearsal dinner at their fabulous restaurant, Rooster! The staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the space was second to none. We are still getting complimented on the experience by all of our guests. Thank you to Sara for coordinating everything and Meghan and her team for executing it and getting us across the finish line!

My husband and I just got married at Slate. The Fifth Wheel did the catering. They made that day so easy and perfect. They catered the event wth their burger bar, (and it was delicious!) handled the cakes, made us a costume cocktail for the night, and dealt with the linens. They provided us with a tasting print to the event to test drive the food and cakes. The staff they provided were kind, fun, and efficient. We were so happy and thrilled with how everything worked out. I would 100% recommend The Fifth Wheel Catering for an easy stress free caterer!
