I only had their ice cream, but I enjoyed both the Chocolate Brownie Cake in a Cup & the S’mores Sundae. With that being said, I don’t think either dessert differentiated itself from other ice cream shops around STL which was mildly disappointing given the spectacular reviews Fountain on Locust has.

4/5 stars because I didn’t see any fountains or locusts in the restaurant.

Overall, food was great. Service was amazing (I tipped $50.00 cash). Atmosphere good but we were pretty crammed in the corner.

We were entertaining out of town family, and I paid the bill before my guests had a chance to. I’m so glad I did because I would’ve been massively embarrassed at this “Large Party 20%” charge we got hit with. 6 adults which cost us an add’l $43.70.

What did we get for this additional charge? More food?...

General Thoughts - Interesting place and fun atmosphere. Maybe my thoughts on the food/service were skewed by my thinking that it was basically just an ice cream bar with a few food options... Not a whole restaurant. That said, they claim to be rated the "best" at damn near everything, but their ice cream and service were only "best" at being mediocre... So, I don't feel bad only rating it a 3. Maybe the high ratings and praise (?) are generally meant...
