Sarah was bartending and she made this place special. She truly included us like she had known us forever. She also had a great knowledge of bartending and mixes the best drinks! Go for the Halloween theme, come back for Sarah. 💜

I find this bar to be delightful, like a literal favorite neighborhood. Just a few blocks from just about anywhere on the neighborhood. Play pool, take shots, enjoy the outside patio in back.

1 star because my basic rum and coke drink was good. If it wasn’t, it would be a zero. We waited almost 13 mins to even order our drinks, and that was just the start. The bartender was incredibly rude, and seemed heavily intoxicated. She point blank said she didn’t want to be there and gave every customer a hard time. When a person from my group asked her if she was aware that a very drunk customer had just left the bar and got in a car to drive home, she got incredibly defensive and started arguing with us. Her boyfriend got up, took his vest off, and stared intensely at us, as if he was going to fight us, because we brought up the VERY drunk driver they let leave and drive away. The drunk driver seemed to be a regular, they knew his name, and she told him to “be safe” when he was exiting the bar. She asked us how we got there, and we explained that we walked, she asked if we expected everyone to do so. No, we just expect people to walk or to uber once too drunk. Or for the bar to have a fully aware bartender who can recognize when to cut customers off so they will be safe getting home. I won’t be returning to the bar, it is clear that the bartender does not care about the customers. Once we realized it was an issue, my friend ask to close out his tab so we could just leave, and had to ask 15 times, as she just continued to argue and not give us the ticket so we could leave.
Best dive bar in St. Louis.
The best staff & bartenders. Truly the best little dive bar. It’s cash only! Which I forget all the time but nonetheless, my favorite 🩷
Great fun atmosphere, with cheap drinks.

I Just Love MY Julie 🎃🖤👻 & All Year Long Halloween, Of Course 💚🧡💜😘
Parking: There is plenty of lit up street parking around the bar
Kid-friendliness: I would not tell anyone to take their kid to a bar. This one is one where the people are family oriented. During daylight hours, I feel like it would be ok for a short time.
