Awesome concept of having multiple restaurants menu served at one place. After my first couple of visits the serve time has become a great deterrent from frequenting this pace anymore. Orders ate not ready in the given time. Not even double the given time. There is literally no service to speak of. Noone greets or tends to customers when they arrive.
Hampton near Columbia 9/1/2025: This food preparation establishment goes by several names, but orders can be placed at the inside kiosk. Don't expect any help from employees. They are mainly just cooks preparing food orders that get delivered by Doordash and Grubhub, which is what I do. There are screen readers there that scan Doordash and Grubhub customer names from driver phones when they arrive, then a wait for food to be cooked, bagged, then placed in a locker that...
I deliver with Uber Eats and I have got a couple of deliveries from here, easy pick ups just hold your phone up to the screen and a locker pops open no waiting in a line or on employees also this place is kept very clean. Kudos to whomever came up with this idea!!
