This place is horrible, just horrible the people who make this place run so good for the customers of The Juice STL get utterly trashed on by the owner Jr Smalls or John Randall to be exact, Promises of being made a manager only to tell another employee there going to be made a manager then to tell another employee and so on creating a hostile work environment, countless weeks without being paid for the benefit of the owner, and The Juice STL its self, worked like dogs to be paid an allowance, or to hear these words for the 4th 5th 6th time "I got you tomorrow dont worry." Only to here the exact words the next week at payday again!!! from so called owner of the juice stl. I work there for over a year putting my heart and soul into making this business suceed, alot of you know me well already I was almost there everyday only to be dump on by my so called employer and several other employees have been threw the same thing. I would rate The Juice 5 stars if it was owned by someone more respectable other then the current weasel of an employer John Randall. I hate when small business owners take advantage of good reliable workers and thats exactly what happens at this place. I never worked at a place where the employees have to pay out of there own pocket just to be able to open the shop, or open without being paid for that day, or even being told Im printing your W2 form for your taxes as we speak only to learn that was a lie and you still have to force him to send you the pdf file so you can go get it printed out yourself at Fed Ex, a lot of you consumers that have came to The Juice STL already will understand very well. I am Cornell Conners Aka Nel one of the best Employee's The Juice STL has ever had and the post is 100% TRUE. Real Talk If you cant afford the workforce then you should get your fat A$$ up in the morning and go work those hrs your not will to pay for, just like hundreds of other Owner's, Boss's, and Employer's do RS only speaking fact with that being said I hope future customers have a wonderful and lovely time with the remaining staff that really dont care about being paid because they drink of up there share in bar stock, in the words of the great actor from "How High" Al Shearer "I!!! Need!!! Money!!!".
