High-quality cuisines along with great service for the dozens of instances dining here. Importantly, the staff always ensures all customers are welcomed.

Got there for our 5:15 reservation to find the restaurant wouldn't be opening for the evening. The employees were sitting around not seeming to know what to do and it would have sure been nice if someone would have called to let us know before we came downtown to try this restaurant. We won't be back.

Food was meh, atmosphere was strange - felt like everyone was super far apart and also like an airport? The service was terrible, took years to get seated, food, and everything else. No idea how this place has a 4.2 on here.

I ordered room service, as it is linked with the last hotel STL. I received a text message confirmation and my card was charged. The food never arrived. I am hoping that Ultima Cucina works with me to reconcile this.

The food was ok. I liked the atmosphere and the service was fine but the food was just ok

On our way through St. Louis and stayed at the Last Hotel. The restaurant is in the lobby of the hotel. Both the service and food were excellent. My wife and I shared a wood fired pizza and the meatball appetizer. Both were really good. Would highly recommend.

We thought we had reservations at what would be a very nice Italian restaurant. Turns out it's just a restaurant in the lobby of a hotel. 5:30 reservations for two in an empty restaurant got us plunked at a two top table in the middle of a big open room by the bar. No window seat? No quiet dining at the edge? Everything available but the worst position there. Dinner came out with vegetables swapped on plates and they made us scrape them off and switch them. Just nothing like the experience we thought we were going to have whatsoever.

Food and ambiance were adequate. But I've never experienced a more unenthusiastic or impersonal server or distracted bartender in my life. Definitely NOT worth the visit if you're a local!

I stopped in to wait for the long line at Social Security to go down. I decided to get a cup of coffee! It it was smooth with no bitter aftertaste. I will be stopping by again to explore their dining menu! There's a good chance I posted a review also on Yelp!

There to have dinner before a show at the Hawthorne. I mentioned in my reservation it was my sister's birthday. When we arrived there was only one other table seated )This was a Sat night) and the waitress gave us like the worst table in the whole place. A 2 top stuck up against a pillar. Why?!? Maybe that's why no is at your restaurant.

I think the restaurant appears to suffer being understaffed as does the entire hotel at The Last Hotel. We did not wait too long for food because on a Sun and Mon there were not many people BUT the food was unevenly cooked. Chicken Marsala was excellent and a good portion whereas a side spaghetti was undercooked beyond al dente and the meatballs were forgotten. The bartend was eating her meal at the bar while patrons were eating: we having a family anniversary and a couple on an obvious date (he gave her a bouquet of flowers) and staff eating just outside dining area slightly in view takes away from the atmosphere for special moments.

We've eaten here many times and have never had a bad experience. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the ambiance is both sophisticated and welcoming. I love this place!

I ordered the tortellini and it was fabulous!! 10 out of 10! The Bruschetta was equally as magnificent- very different than the usual ... the chef knows how to combine flavors- then they offered this Bread that was like gnocchi but not - herbs in it - loved it! Service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend!!

Usually restaurants in hotels are hit or miss. This is absolutely a hit. Some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. The flavor for the spaghetti was incredible! Meatballs were slightly overdone but still delicious. The chicken alfredo was very good too. Flavor overall 10/10
