The Lobby Bar at the Ritz-Carlton St. Louis is hands-down the best spot in the city! St. Louis’ very best sushi, paired with top-notch service from Valerie, Gabrielle, and Denise, makes every visit unforgettable. Tim and Jeff absolutely dominate the bar with their skill and hospitality. The live music on Friday and Saturday nights pulls in a great crowd and creates the perfect vibe. This has become our favorite place to end the night—always classy, always exceptional!
The omakase dinner at the sushi bar at the Ritz is absolutely incredible! The sushi was exquisite and it was so much fun to hear the chefs describe each dish and share the inspiration behind their creations. The experience is a bit costly, but well worth it. I have already booked a seat for the next dinner! If you love Japanese cuisine, this is not to be missed!
Food was excellent as was the service, but, it was too freaking loud. We went there because we love to travel to Japan and this would fill my itch for a nice Japanese tasting menu. But, because it was so loud we could barely hear the chef speaking, but conversation to the person next to you was difficult. Overall, probably won't do it again unless the acoustics change.
