This is specifically regarding the High Tea Service, which was $120 per person plus $10 for parking. We were seated outside on a cold windy day, however we were offered pashminas which made a world of difference. The hot tea helped as well, however it would have been a good idea to have tea cozy's covering the pot to keep it warm as it cooled very quickly outside. The sandwiches and desserts were attractive, yet some were a bit stale. Overall, it was a mediocre and over priced...
Went to the Ritz last night for their New Years Celebration. My shoe strap broke when walking in and I didn’t know what to do. But the staff there saved the day. I’ve never experienced such amazing hospitality. They saw me struggling and came to my rescue. Shoutout to Kenna for helping me. My server was excellent. Started off with her bringing a free snack tray to start. I had a hamburger and one thing I learned about that area is that they take their burgers seriously. Very good, juicy burger. The gooey cake was delicious.
