Our high tea was fantastic. Our server, Maurgan was attentive. We are sad to see the tea room close. Thank you for exceptional cuisine and memories, including Prince Charles' coronation viewing party.

I love coming to The London Tea Room for afternoon tea. The room is always lovely and the service is amazing. I fell in love with the beautiful purple china plate and cup I had this time around. The afternoon tea was delicious. I always have a wonderful time there.

This place has a great atmosphere and has some great food as well as tea. If you're looking for a unique dining experience you can't go wrong with this place. My wife loves it and she has turned me into a person eager to go again.

Kid-friendliness: I saw a few people who brought their children and although its more upscale it doesn't have any restrictions on children it seems.

The London Tea Room provides an atmosphere of per enjoyment and ease. I enjoy my once a month tea party here and will continue to do so. The staff, food, and service are always impeccable and I look forward to my day there.

A little too loud. Maybe Saturday. Pot of Tea was star. The food was warm ick . Considering you're dealing with dairy. There was a peppered salmon too hot . Came without warning ⚠️. I had to call any of the employees. Whenever I needed some assistance. Portions were anything but generous. Eat before you go. Go doing the week. No additional napkins Considering you are eating with your fingers. It is finger food. Missed the point for the money.

Parking: Street parking.

Kid-friendliness: Unless your children are extremely well mannered. Get a sitter. Just say no to babies. You will get THE LOOK.. I would go back for the tea. It is kind of the vibe of a teahouse. Denise

Wheelchair accessibility: It's ok, a little maneuvering.

The concept is lovely, but seemed understaffed. The food was very good and presented like a classic tea. The tea selection was large. The staff answered questions when asked, but did not offers any suggestions. There was a woman playing videos on her phone very loudly the entire time that detracted from the atmosphere. It is a fun and tasty experience, that needs a bit more attention to service.

The London tea Room is always our favorite place for a girls day. Our service was a bit off this time, though not the usual experience. It was not any busier than usual, but we couldn't even get spoons or cream for our tea until our food was served. Again, not the usual experience but not the best.

The downtown location of The London Tea Room does not have the cozy atmosphere that the Morganford location afforded. The space is bigger with taller ceilings and the consequent noise level that accompanies such a space. The decor is attractive, but the industrial feel is the dominant vibe. The sound of the bus cart wheels clamoring over the tile floor is not soon forgotten. Even when not in motion, the bus cart's presence in the dining area is a reminder that guests are not in England. Food and tea were delicious. Ambiance and service do not complement the fare.

A fun and yummy experience. I miss the finer teacups and quaint atmosphere of their former location.

Wonderful way to spend an afternoon! Took my mother & daughter here to enjoy a new experience! This was so wonderful and we had the best time! Food and tea was so wonderful!!! Highly recommend.

We loved the London Tea Room! Food and tea were great. The customer service was top notch. Given the acoustics of the room, I wish there was more noise insulation to make it easier to talk to your table mates and also to the servers.

It was a nice place to visit for something unique. It was a little bit overpriced for the amount for the amount of food, without choices. It was tight and loud, especially for the older people in our crowd. I would recommend to a friend, but I would give them all the details beforehand.
