The hubby and I have been 3 times now, and it gets better every time. The service was great, and we did not have to wait long for our drinks or food. If you like flavor, I suggest you try the Thai Chicken pizza! OMGGGGGGOSH and it's enough to share. The buffalo wings were good with plenty of sauce. We also tried the Cobb Salad which was also plenty to share. The popcorn with REAL butter is a MUST! Great date night šŸ‘ŒšŸ¾

This place is a 0/10 I bought tickets here to see smile on 10/19 ended up getting a flat tire so that resulted in being a little late for my movie got there they wouldn’t let me in even tho I purchased my tickets thru fandango so the guy proceeded to tell me he can either give me a refund on the debit card I payed for the tickets with which I didn’t have at the time because all my cards or link to my phone so I don’t carry them often so he so called couldn’t give me a refund I payed 33 dollars so he asked if I wanted to see another movie for a different time that movie was cheaper was still 4.36 cent left to refund still because he couldn’t refund the 4.36 to the card I didn’t have he proceeded to tell me it’s nothing he could do couldn’t give me a gift card or a food credit I left with nothing no movie nothing please spend your money else where this establishment rules are ridiculous and the employees inside or very rude and unhelpful

I go to this theater a lot and spend $160 here on average every month. Tonight the server came up to me during the movie and told me to be quiet because people said I was talking. It was the strangest experience of my life because I literally just sat there during the movie and never said one word. They obviously got the wrong person, but the server should have stood in the area first to see if I was really the person talking before asking me to be quiet. I was very confused after he approached me and told him I haven’t talked at all, and he said ā€œjust keep it downā€. I was so insulted by the experience that I left the movie and will never go back there again. I drive 30 minutes to this theater and spend good money here. I am an avid movie goer, and have been my entire life. This is the first time someone has ever told me to be quiet…which was very insulting when I literally said nothing at all during the movie. Needless to say, I’m never going back. I’ve overlooked their bad service, wrong orders, not being able to find a parking spot etc because I liked the older movies they show, and the bartenders are really nice. I will be going to the theater by my house from now on.

Ran my debit card two days in a row,Both a Saturday and Sunday when we only attended Saturday. Still waiting on a call back from the manager. Not to mention that 18%gratuity which brought my bill to over 100$ for two appetizers and two drinks.

For mandatory 18% gratuity the service was horrible. 15 mins after start time I had to go out and find someone to place an order with. Didn’t get a drink for 30 minutes, had to go back out and find someone for that. My friend didn’t get her fried items for 50 mins. Afternoon show with 7 people, including us, the place was a ghostown. I understand gratuity for fair wages and all but if I don’t get the service that I’m paying for, have to miss part of the movie to find service, then what am I paying gratuity for? I already paid for the cold food.

I'm going to go all the way for my experience at Alamo. I saw Planet of the Apes and it was my first time at the theater. Everything was very smooth from ordering tickets, to parking, to entering the theater. Great experience!

The theater itself was prepared for the new flick and clean. Staff was by pretty quickly to get drink and food orders and was friendly. I attended with my son who loves the venue and is a regular. We got milkshakes and popcorn for the show. Within around 10 minutes or so an Oreo and strawberry shake was delivered with a bowl of popcorn. That's right a bowl not a box but a wide metal bowl. The shakes were fantastic, and the popcorn was perfectly seasoned and buttered.

You will probably hear most rave about the seating. The electronics on the side can move your seat all the way back to a very comfortable viewing position for the movie. I never once felt uncomfortable. The table was set up in a way that you can be fully reclined and still enjoy your refreshments.

The place is just really cool when you walk around and look at all of the movie posters that are nicely framed. Great memories from flicks through the decades that brought back wonderful family gatherings. I also had an opportunity to walk over to the largest theater, which was not in use. I would love to see a Premier show here. Not sure how many seats but look like it wasn't any less than 350. A staff person that we encountered talk to us a little bit as we were exiting and that elevated the review up to five star.

I would absolutely love to return. Totally recommend for an individual or family to enjoy a flick.
