I left a gift accidentally after a surprise bday party staff member Kimberly says she did recover a bag, days later after discovering what was in it she apparently changed her mind about giving it back. I went back down there and was told they have no bag of mine

Its a shame i paid 300 dollars for a fake booth a couch and 2 ropes seperating it from everyone like come on shoulda went to mystic waste of money not a booth

I Just recently had my birthday party there on May 27th and the experience and customer service I was given exceeded me and my guest expectations! The food and staff was awesome, the environment was great, and the music was on point as well! I also had numerous of questions prior to my party and KIM was remarkable being kind and answering every question with professionalism! I highly recommend this Venue for any party!
