Ok, so....got sat quickly right after the Battlehawks football game, so props to that. Server took a bit too long to make an appearance. Drinks took too long (just 3 tap beers). Food took a little too long (3 easy appetizers). Plus side, server understood our need to move on with our day and brought our check with the food. Food was fine, what you'd expect for basic bar food. Atmosphere was totally whack, bar area tolerable at best, and dining area was a creepy yellow room that felt like something from a scary movie. Mainly went in because it was raining hard and the closest option, but would not go back.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEE THIS PLACE. My friend and I love going to try new restaurants. We discovered over/under, and we just keep going back. Everything is delicious. The mac n cheese, omg. They have the best cheese sauce. The wings, burgers fish, it's all good. The drinks are always on point, and it never breaks the bank. If you haven't been, GO! If you have been GO AGAIN!

I live downtown near this restaurant, and it always hits. I've gotten the burger, chicken strips and both the fish plates and it is always delicious. All the appetizers are great as well. The servers are always chill and attentive.
Great local bar and grill in the heart of St. Louis. The food is cheap and very good. This is a great place for a drink and a burger or wings. But I highly recommend the ribeye with Mac and cheese and mushrooms.

Was here for a National Mental Health conference. They were either short staffed or not prepared for a large crowd. We waited over 45 min to get drinks, over an hour and half to get food. Had we not spent so much time waiting when we first got in, we would have went elsewhere.

I ordered my dinner to go. When I arrived, I had to wait for my food to be ready, which isn't an issue.My order came out, was placed at the bar and it took almost 10 minutes before the bartender noticed and gave it to me. And it was the only order on the bar.Thankfully it was still lukewarm when I got home. But I think next time, I'm going to skip ordering to go.
