I have eaten here several times in the last few months, and I was very pleased with every aspect of the restaurant. The food selection and preparation was amazing, , the atmosphere was inviting and appealing, and the service was great! Very glad we've been there!

This is the BEST hidden gem I have found in St.Louis. I can’t even believe it wasn’t packed. This is a premium place. Absolutely exceptional!

Our server was very good. She was very nice. This is a restaurant but the bar is front and center-very prominent. Multiple screaming outbursts that startled us during dinner. At least three of them which wasn’t ideal. Amaretto sour did not have any sour mix in it all. Just triple sec and it was gross. We downed it because we didn’t want it to go to waste. French onion soup was literal onion water. Uncooked and definitely flavorless-they took it off our bill since we sent it back. The steaks were very good (and so was my baked potato). Mashed potatoes were practically cold. Mixed veggies were terrible (the wrong ends of asparagus, broccoli, peppers) all undercooked and didn’t mesh or taste well together. We could have had a better meal for less (Texas Roadhouse) or more money (Capital Grill). Wasted a hundred dollars and it took two sticks of gum to get the taste out of my mouth.

Good food -- good but didn't stand out as great. The service was a bit slow, I thought, for a pretty simple order.

usually i don't do reviews but save your money and time 150.00 for 3 pepole. And still had to find something eles to eat afterwards

We took a try.
1st we stood at the entrance for some time before someone notice even tho there was very little pepole in there.

2nd service was good polite and helpful

now on to the food
the one food that had flavor was the cajun pasta
wife wings were bland even tho they were to be hobanero the potatoe wadges were dry tough and luke warm.
my order french onion soup was the worst i have ever had no depth in flavor just no flavor at all had to add sal and pepper to make it even worth it ....my steak was bland a bit tough the mashed potatoes were not even warm..i really don't think they use any seasoning at all. so i don't understand the postive reviews....can't see going back

Because it was my fiancé‘s birthday, his family chose the reserve to treat him for dinner. Every last one of our meals was horrible. We chose not to say anything because in the beginning when we got there, my brother-in-law drink was not to his liking after we sent the drink back, we didn’t want to be viewed like we didn’t want to pay. I ordered the seafood appetizer and it was like toasted ravioli inside the contents were dried and really nothing inside I TOTALLY didn’t expect it. I also had the salmon with rice and asparagus. The rice was hard, the salmon was dry. He ordered a ribeye steak no seasoning and a very poor I’m looking ribeye. The entire evening was ruined. My other sister in law had the Salmon Au Poivre w jumbo shrimp on the side, HORRIBLE. The only thing was good was the passion fruit margaritas of which we couldn’t get another one because they ran out of passion fruit, my expresso Martini was also delicious. We chose the place because we went for brunch and everything was delicious. We could have raise hell but we chose not too, I wanted to but my family was like, let’s just pay and go. We fine dine all the time and NEVER have we all left a restaurant and was still hungry. For the money IT WAS TERRIBLE. Will not be back, at least not for DINNER.

Pretty much an average experience. The food was good, but not special in any way. The service was ok, but nothing special. I have no complaints, but I will not be racing back either.

Order the Cajun chicken pasta and had no taste at all. The spicy part was there but nothing else. Also had the prime rib sandwich which was charred almost burnt.

Contined from Reneisha Brown own on a previous post. It wouldn't allow me to upload the video. So I took screenshots of it.

We get in the small room where they have the spread of items and it looked like we were at something for work lol, where they may be nice and give employees breakfast but it was all picked over and it has been sitting as they have an allotted time, meaning you make do with what’s left. And this was at 1245p, brunch was not over until 2p.

The food was something I would simply be ashamed to serve myself. Dry, and appeared to be from honestly the day before. The selections were totally over exaggerated, and I just could not believe what I was seeing. The only thing that looked the part was the two guys working the omelet, waffle and carved meat table. It was like free breakfast at a hotel expect I have been to some where you just want to come back and have breakfast because it was fresh and looked inviting. We did not even eat a full plate as the eggs were floating in water literally, and again I mean this. There was nothing to select other than the scraps that were left. No foods were replenished as we sat waiting to see and give it the benefit of the doubt and nothing changed. I finally gave in, got an omelet as that was made to order and I felt bad that the cook could see how disgusted several people were and he still smiled, and at least had cordial conversation. I asked for salsa he explained that I needed to ask my server. Cool no problem. I went back before we left to try and get pictures/ record without offending the omelet station cook. Hoping to keep people from wasting their time and money!!

The server… Man what a joke. I got the salsa maybe 15mins later, after hunting down a young man that was not our server. The young lady, Gianna (blonde hair with glasses) that was our server gave us our drinks upon arrival, never said hello or anything and never came back. We saw her going to other tables right next to us and having friendly conversations and replenishing their water ect. Saw her after a while and quickly got her attention for more water. She came back maybe 10mins later, again, not saying anything, nothing! It was odd as if she were annoyed that she had to be at work but only with “us”. Never cleared our table but walked by several times. Then the same young man noticed and came over, friendly and removed things, asked if he could get us anything and smiled. We asked for our check, he said he would let Gianna know. Again, we wait maybe 10mins. She came over, saying nothing!! Held out the portable kiosk and turned it around for me to see. I said what is our total, she pointed for me to look lol, I inserted my card and she walked away. I said, “excuse me can I get a receipt” again she said nothing lol, walked on and brought it right back. Talk about weird! If I say racist then I’d be wrong but hey either she was having a bad day suddenly when she had to deal with “us” or hey a spade is a spade, because her other tables were Caucasian and she had a blast smiling, serving them.

I was so angry with myself as I could have gone to the grocery store and spent $100, but we were craving a good brunch with all the fixings, so we had to take this loss.

Yes, I tipped the young man who helped us, and the omelet station guys. I am not one to not tip a server but in this case her customer service, interaction, and attention was not anything anyone should have to tip for, she did that to herself. It’s unfair to keep tipping folks who take these jobs then don’t carry out the service for the job. I didn’t want to make a scene, but I could have asked for management but respectively I wanted other guest to try enjoying themselves.

Bring Granite City Brewery Back or get some advice from them regarding their brunch spread.

Video wasnt the best sorry
