We parked in the parking lot of The Schlafly Tap Room which had plenty of parking spaces. If you look at the side of the building there is a history sign that tells about the building. The building was built in 1902. There is also a history sign talking about the right to vote. I love history so I found that interesting. We got there in between lunch and dinner so we were seated right away which was very nice because we were starving. My husband ordered the chef salad and I ordered the Mahi Mahi Tacos. He enjoyed his salad and I thought the tacos were delicious. Our server was very friendly and took very good care of us which we appreciated. I would highly recommend eating here next time you’re in the area. stleats

Worst service I’ve had. Old man bartender was very rude and our server was mad about our party size. You would think being the only table there on a slow day would make them happy. Instead they treated us like we were a problem. Very disappointed.

The best service I’ve had in a long time, the bartender Paul was talkative, fun, knowledgeable, and just generally gregarious. I cannot recommend this place enough, both for the beer and the food which looked delicious. I’ll make time to come back for sure!

Everything was great. Had the vanilla pumpkin ale. It was a bit too sweet for me but great flavor. Also had a flight with various beers. All was delicious. The salad and pretzel sticks were on point. I did not enjoy the pita bread as it oozed grease.

Awesome atmosphere. Great beers with an ample selection. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Only drawback is they changed their fries which were a standout for Shlafley. Now they are worse than McDonald's fries, and even worse if you don't eat them before they cool off. Whoever made this decision does not know what they're doing.

We held our wedding upstairs in the private event spaces. The rooms were beautiful and the event staff couldn't have been more helpful with our day and all the planning beforehand. The food was excellent and received rave reviews from all of our guests. Highly recommend for your private event needs.
