Valley Park MO location was very accommodating to a party of almost 30 outside. We were in the covered patio area, perfect for a small youth sports group. Waitresses were organized, food was fast and delicious. Highly recommend.
First experience at the Shack. Took my son in law and my Granddaughter. Seated immediately. Fantastic waiter, Austin. He took our orders and food appeared promptly. My Big A#! Burrito was a little cool inside, so I asked if they could pop it in the microwave for a few seconds. I was informed they would have to make it over. I objected to that, and said reheating would be fine, but they insisted. My new one came out hot and tasty. I thanked them immensely, and couldn't eat...
We usually always enjoy going here. Usually even if their busy their really good about being attentive however this time they were out of a lot of stuff my salad was missing the cheese, bacon, eggs and avocado. It was literally mostly just meat and lettuce. We let our waiter know and he was supposed to bring me something to accommodate for them being out he never came back not even to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks.We even had to find him to get our checks. It was weird...
