The Silver Ballroom is a must-visit spot in South City, offering a unique experience with countless pinball machines and a punk rock jukebox. It is a cool little dive bar with pinball machines, where a league on Sunday nights makes it hard to play, but the atmosphere remains fun. The bar is very much a neighborhood spot with friendly people. The food includes vegan options from Tiny Chef, whose Korean fusion dishes are unbelievably delicious. There is a small menu, and food is sold at a window inside the bar. The staff is awesome, and the bartender is particularly helpful, even refunding a drink when a pizza was burned. The place is not kid-friendly but is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and booth seating options. Visitors can enjoy listening to the jukebox or playing pinball, making it a fun trip down memory lane.
