Kelly and her crew catered two dinners for a large conference with around 100 people I hosted in May, one at the Thaxton (taco bar among others) and the other at the Sheldon Conference Hall (mediterranean themed stations). Both meals were outstanding, with excellent and responsive service. I'm sorry I didn't get to thank her personally afterward, but I highly recommend her. This was a well-traveled international group that isn't easy to please, and Kelly pulled it off!
