We were visiting from out of town and decided to try this restaurant, we were NOT disappointed. Service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious! If we are ever in St. Louis again we will definitely be back!!
Grant has been amazing!!! Excellent recommendations for drinks and food!!! The vibes was really amazing!!!
Food was great and served hot. Service was very good, and the atmosphere was cozy with big booths for groups.
The Braut burger was very good. Loved the German mustard. Kids had the Mac and cheese entree and said it was awesome. Wife got the flatbread and it was really good. Great flavor and crispy pizza crust.
Great experience all around. Will be back.
We sat at the bar and the food and service were wonderful!! We highly recommend!!!
Trio flatbread, smash burger, and brussel sprouts are excellent. Old Fashion is made right. Great place.
The food was excellent. We had a smash burger, trio flatbread, Brussel sprouts, loaded tots, and fried Mac and cheese. Everything was so tasty. Fun area to explore as well.
The service is absolutely lovely. The food is not.
The hummus was weird and sloppy he feta taste like they came out of a spray can. The spinach artichoke dip is right out of a Walmart freezer. The Mac and cheese was grainy but not a bad flavor.
Loved the location and food plus drinks here. I even customized my drink here.
Listen… All the negative comments can deter you if you let them, but let me tell you about my blissful experience… I will say this everywhere I can post it. This place made my 40th birthday celebration so much more worth the trip! I am from Birmingham, Alabama and in my house we thrive off of the energy, not just the food. Both were top notch! First of all the ambience that was set was so chill and relaxing, from the music to the lighting. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, not uptight or rude at all, very attentive. The drinks hit the spot but the food…………. The food has not missed yet. We kind of got scared to try any other place because this place was so freaking good! To be honest, I can see how someone would be mad if they were not open. I would be mad too because it is that delicious! Big Shout out to the kitchen manager Stacey and the chefs in the kitchen that we got to meet after their shift. Doing stop doing your thing with food! People will be buttholes because they don’t understand the processes you all go through to do what you do, but I married a chef, and we know good food and good people when we encounter it and them 🫶🏽 So if you ever find yourself near this place RUN 🏃🏽♀️ don’t walk and enjoy yourself! Try Anything! Thanks to the Show Me State for showing me good food and people, I hope to return 🥰 ~The Alabama Couple 😉
They no longer have the chickpea penne that is mentioned in other reviews, but now have a Pasta Primavera option that is also vegan.....it might even be the same dish re-named, who knows? It has penne pasta, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, onions, a red sauce, and vegan parmesan. It was good and a very large portion. Overall the meal felt expensive for what it was (2 burgers, my pasta, and kids chicken tenders for $76 pre-tip).

Drove two hours just to stay at Union Station and eat at the Train Shed to find out someone that has a hell of lot more money than my wife and I rented it out and commoners like us aren’t welcome. They were nice enough to to post on Facebook after the fact that they were closed😡
Ambience was EXCELLENT! Food was decent. Pricing was fair. I took stars away due to length of time it took for our food to come out. Also my sister and granddaughter food was forgotten. Server was kind but did not come check on us to acknowledge how long we waited. The forgotten food was brought out quickly. Overall, it was a place I’d return to give another chance. Another plus is that my smashburger was tasty. Everyone enjoyed their food except the Mac in cheese was more of an Alfredo…. My sister did receive her salad quickly as the appetizer. They give free refill on drinks. Maybe they were understaffed in kitchen so I’d give it another try. I think an idea they should implement is to have bread s a courtesy while waiting for food. Pictured is decor for the holiday and my daughter’s pulled pork sandwich meal.

This exclusive restaurant is ideal for large groups and non-vegetarians. There is a wide selection of non-vegetarian dishes, although the vegetarian options are more limited. However, they do offer gluten-free menu options and a few vegetarian dishes.
The food was excellent, featuring creative dipping sauces for the nachos and flavorful fries, along with various imaginative food options.
Our server was very kind and provided great service. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant not only for the food but also for the exceptional service. Additionally, the menu design was impressive, which adds to the overall experience.
The atmosphere is very festive, with Christmas lights and music appearing as Thanksgiving approaches. While they may overdo the decorations, it contributes to the charm of the place, which deserves a five-star rating.
Overall, I would give this restaurant five stars for its overall experience.
Vegetarian options: When it comes to vegetarian options, this establishment takes a big hit. They don’t have a wide variety of vegetarian options. They just have general stuff like pasta and fries, nachos, etc..
Dietary restrictions: Not many places go overboard with these, but there is a separate gluten-free menu.
Parking: Finding parking in the city can be difficult, but since this place is actually located under a creative station, it functions like an indoor mall complex with available parking.
Kid-friendliness: This place is super kid-friendly, and there is actually a creative parkour area located upstairs.
Wheelchair accessibility: Well, it has standing tables and no entrance door, no elevated surfaces. But some booths are elevated.

My party of 3 checked out the train shed during their holiday pop-up bar theme called the Sleigh Shed. The menu is the exact same with the addition of a few extra holiday cocktails and appetizers. For 6:00pm on a Friday, it was not busy at all, we were seated right away.
We ordered 3 drinks and placed our dinner order shortly after that. Nothing elaborate, a salad, a burger, and a sandwich. The cocktails were a little below average quality for a holiday-themed pop-up bar but priced the same.
During the 45 minutes that passed since we placed our food order, our waitress did not come back once to check on our table or take another drink order. After 45 minutes, we got up and left, we never even saw the food. When I asked to speak to a manager to explain what happened, there was no remorse, no apology, and they still charged full price for the 3 drinks. Probably some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a restaurant.
