The staff is always extremely courteous and attentive. The food is very good. Drinks were a little light on the alcohol.

The facility was nice and clean. The food was okay nothing too exciting, I got the classic burger and tater tots. The service could have been a lot better. Everything was fine until we asked for the bill. Our waitress Courtney seemed like she was new and not knowledgeable about the reservation deposit or the memberships. So when she brought the bill she brought Kennedy over to help with questions. When Kennedy came over before we could ask any questions she started out very rude with an attitude. She asked about a membership card that I had presented to Courtney and said we don't use those and where did you get that. I explained and she went on and on. At this point I asked had she looked at our bill since she had answers and we had yet to ask her any questions. Then she allowed us to ask about the reservation fee. She stated it was a non-refundable deposit that doesn't go toward the game play. Then said it again that it did go towards game play. So we asked for clarification because if it did go toward game play out bill was $10 higher than it should have been. She argued that the bill was correct STILL never looking at the bill. We pulled out the calculator to make sure we understood she still argued that it was correct without even looking at it. After a little time we paid and left. I think Topgolf is a good time but the customer service is horrible.

Fun, exciting place to go With friends and family to eat and have a good time!! so many golf options for everybody!! lots of food and drink choices. Always clean and friendly. If you need left-hand clubs,just ask the waitress. definitely recommend for everyone even if you aren't golfers.

Chesterfield TG has better customer service and food usually. This location the Staff not as accommodating… wouldn’t let check into a bay 10:15pm before they closed at 11. Been to 25+ Topgolf locations and a first for me as a legacy Platinum elite member getting turned down for a bay. But totally understand with how early places close nearby I guess. Going to the other STL location more instead of here ?

I booked 2 bays for a team builder for my sales team. We were pressured to get started as we were introducing spouses. I paid for 2 hours and we were told we wouldn’t be served food or drinks until we started golfing. This is where my frustration started. I paid for 2 hours so we should be able to order food and drinks as soon as our 2 hour window starts. The food took forever to come out, drinks were served incorrectly all 3 rounds we order, I felt bad for the server because she put in what we ordered but it came out wrong. We had a group of 5 order food with an hour left of our two hours and the food took 55 minutes to come out. We were asked to leave our two bays with to go boxes because there was a reservation coming in behind us. As my teams manager that I set this up, it made me look bad and gave my employees a poor experience and I was embarrassed to host a team builder at Top Golf. I expected more considering I spent $400 on this for two hours and we were asked to leave when we weren’t ready because of the incredibly slow service.

I had a great practice session at Topgolf Midtown. Matt the front desk agent took care of me. This place is amazing! Decor, target's and instant feedback on each shot! I didn't eat today but food usually good w great service!

Thanks Jack for taking care of myself and my partner, as we spent the morning here for his birthday. Jack’s attentiveness made this experience memorable and enjoyable. I also like this location more than the Chesterfield one, as the screens are better and the heater worked phenomenally. Overall a wonderful experience.

It's a totally engaging and fun activity! I love the concept! The prices are outrageous and the food is not good for what they charge you. You may or may not enjoy yourself. 50/50. I've only been once for this very reason! I went for my 48th birthday. Attend at your own risk.

Went for wife’s bday with a few friends. The server was great! Wife ordered a mix drink that came out with no vodka. The Manager was rude about it saying they have complaints all the time about their drinks. So maybe you need a new bartender. They brought out a new drink and clearly you could tell there was vodka in it compared to the first one.So watch your mix drinks!I would have gave 5 stars for service if the manager wasn’t so rude.

It a great place to take family relax, have fun and make memories. Was a little nervous about parking there but then realized they had security in the parking lot. Great to see. We have a few beers and the kids had pretzel bites. Just note once you pay your tap, don't turn your back on your drink, they will take it so someone else can take your spot.... Other then that. Nice place.

This top golf was very easy to get to and had plenty of parking. The girls at the front were Super friendly and very helpful. Got us in straight away and the view of the Arch from our bay was one you couldn’t beat! Only downside, the bay host never came. She stared at us a couple of times and she also only came to the bay next to us One time. We played for 90 minutes and had to order our own drinks at the bar which took away from our playing time. We had to track someone down to pay our bill and he was very nice, apologized and He got her to come to our table with the bill. Hopefully they get things lined out.

I had the absolute worst experience ever at the mid-town location. Our host was terrible. We ordered food as soon as we got to our bay and played for 3 hours and only half of the food came out. (Lots of other little things in the mixed .) Then the next morning I checked my bank account, and they charged me for the other party in the next bay. I don't even know how this could happen. Wasn't on the receipt I had. This was on 02/24/24. Called as soon as they opened on 02/25/24 and didn't hear anything from anyone and called again that same day still nothing. Still nothing. Called again today 02/26/24 and still haven't received a phone call or a refund! This is terrible customer service and I will never go back. I will make sure to tell everyone about my experience.

Good food, good games and a good price! This was my first visit and it definitely won’t be my last. Everyone was super friendly and it was so much fun.
