I was here for drinks for first time last night. Good hot dogs, free popcorn, apple pie shots and fun atmosphere. They had to hold onto my card until I closed my tab, which I hadn’t seen before. I got a Tower Pub charge way before I closed out, but I thought maybe it was a hold. When I actually went to close my tab, I received someone else’s card. I gave it back & told them it wasn’t mine. Turns out they had given mine to someone else, and said they thought my friend closed for me. They voided the charge, and thankfully I was able to cancel my card before anything else could happen. The bartenders were very friendly & mistakes happen, but it’s kinda scary to give two people the wrong cards

Large patio with beautiful landscaping, reasonable prices, attentive staff. They even let us know we were missing out on a rainbow so we were able to snap this

I went to have a drink one night and was completely embarrassed by Libby and her barfly friends. The owner Erin allows mentally incompetent employees like Libby the bartender to hold vendettas against people they know by not serving them at the bar. Her friend then grabbed my arm like he was my dad laying down the law. Next thing I know her friend and his buddy are running me out of the bar and daring me to “hit me, you gonna hit me”. of course when I tried to message Erin about it she was snide and said “while we apologize we stand behind any employees right to not serve someone or ask them to leave” I told her I didn’t think her employees personal vendetta should affect me having a peaceful drink with a friend on a random Monday night. She then threw a giant temper tantrum saying “we apologized and that’s all we are going to do. not going to engage in back and forth” Real Hoosier establishment. Owner allows employees to act out personal vendettas against customers who spend their hard earned money.

Truly wish that I never would have stepped foot in this place. I was a childhood friend of Libby the bartender’s son Jake. Went into Tower Pub under the impression I was going to peacefully have a couple drinks and catch up with a friend. Libby was rude and cut me off for no reason. Her friends then proceeded to get physical with me and kick me out of the bar when i questioned her on it. I’m really not the type of person that drinks too much when I go out or brings up old drama from many years ago so a little taken aback by the whole situation.
