Well-prepared traditional Italian cuisine with very attentive service. Elegant without being stuffy with real white tablecloths and a Maître d' who pulls out chairs for the ladies. What an absolutely lovely evening! It was our first visit to Trattoria Toscana and we'll definitely return.

Easily the BEST restaurant there is in STL. The service is second to none, the food is over the top, the atmosphere is incredible. One of my favorite place to dine in or carry out. They host many of our family gatherings and everytime we get to dine in, the pleasure is all ours. I couldn’t say enough great things about ALL the people and crew here. Owners are the best there is. My sister and I had been wanting to go to this restaurant for some time. We were there for lunch and the service was fantastic. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and professional. The food was exceptional and served hot and ready to eat. We had the artichoke appetizer for the two of us and it was a large portion of (8) artichokes! We ended taking half of them home. We both had chicken entrees (chicken speeding and chicken Marsala) that were very tasty and finished the meal with a cannoli.

It was really crowded but we were seated on time. Food was good, service was good. It was pretty loud but it wax very crowded so you can expect that. We will definitely go again.
We have been before and this visit was as great as usual. As long as watermelons are in season, get the watermelon salad! Both husband and I had veal fixed in separate ways and all was wonderful. We will be back often.

The ambience of the restaurant is very beautiful, calming and classy! The staff was so attentive, but not overly so. Klara did an amazing job and repeatedly told us we did not have to hurry. I love that! The food was excellent! We had an eggplant appetizer, the spinach salad and the sea bass and veal al limone. EVERYHING was exceptional!!! I can't think of another restaurant in town that compares. Bravo, Trattoria Toscana!!! What a great dining experience!!!!!
