Walking into this place felt like stepping into a Sinatra song. Dim lighting, crisp white tablecloths, and the soft croon of Dean Martin in the background set the tone—this wasn't just dinner, it was a vibe. Fried calamari was a standout - as was our server, Ella! If you're looking for a spot with personality, flavor, and a little swagger, this joint's got it. Bring your appetite!

We eat in restaurants frequently and have our favorites in St. Louis. This was our first visit here and we will be going back. We had a wonderful meal. Three had sea bass, pasta with chicken and pasta dishes that were all great. For the last two years I cannot eat red meat. My favorite Italian entree is veal saltimboca, which I cannot order. This restaurant offered to make me chicken saltimboca, which was not on the menu. It was superb, I will go back just for this dish. Wine choices were quite good, had a Hess cab by the glass that was very nice.

We were looking for an Italian restaurant that we hadn't been to in a different part of St Louis and selected Trattoria Toscana. We were very impressed with the menu selections as well as their version of the aperol spritz and glass of house Chianti. Our waiter was very good. Highly recommend.

It was an excellent choice for Italian food in an area we don't frequent. Excellent menu selections, along with a special summer menu and daily specials. Our server was attentive and delightful and the restaurant was quiet, enabling good conversation!

Dinner at Trattoria Toscana is always a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, the service is always outstanding and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The off the menu specials created by Chef Tika are scrumptious. Last night we shared crab cakes in a Dijon sauce—heavenly! Thank you Alban for creating such an inviting place to dine!

We had a party of six and our service was excellent. The food was really good and the chocolate cake with cheesecake in the middle was awesome. The table had dishes of veal, chicken, and pasta. Everyone commented how good the food was You can't go wrong if you decide to visit Trattoria Toscano.

We love Toscano's! The crab cakes are to die for. The special was Sea Bass and it was delicious. Good wine selection. Fantastic service.

We ordered Sautéed Calamari for starters. It was a little spicy but tasty. We like it A LOT. It was not chewy at all. Our main courses were Lobster Ravioli and Chicken Spiedini paired with Old Fashion and Chianti. The Old Fashion had too much Cherry Juice that it turned red. Not a fan but if you are, then you'd love it. The owner was nice and our server was friendly. This restaurant will not disappoint.

Quite good, but a bit off compared to prior visits. Halibut was the substitute for Chilean Seabass and was decidedly overcooked. Other entrees, including cannelloni were excellent

This is our new go -to restaurant! Great Italian food in relaxed atmosphere. We have tried several dishes and all excised expectations!

Everyone loved what they had to eat except the shrimp scampi. The shrimp were extremely chewy and the fettuccine was a little too al dente.
