Excellent customer service with a Midwest swang. The food was delicious and crispy. The place was busy. Therefore, I didn't mind waiting before my departure back to California.

So I’ve been craving tripe and King Prince BBQ was the first place I went to today, but sadly they didn’t have any but the owner suggested I go to Tripe City since it was less than 5mins away! 2mins away, I arrived to an overflowing parking lot so I parked on the street and when I walked in there were 2 customers(1m/1f waiting for their orders)…I go to the counter where I can clearly see/hear an older female cooking, male helping & and kid in a high chair needing attention,...
