When out to eat for my Birthday tonight and the porterhouse was fatty i couldn't cut it. Waitress (JennyB) cared about the big tables. She wasn't friendly, didn't ask if we wanted desert. Its my birthday i would have gotten desert. We just wanted out of there. Was that not worth the money.
A big word of warning about this place - Avoid for dinner and Avoid on the weekend!!!The manager will not try to accommodate you!My husband and I have eaten here many times, and my family has too, almost always on a weekday and about 4:30pm. This time we had a family occasion on a Saturday, and my son, who loves their steaks, was sure they would accommodate our party of eight even if we had to wait a bit. Customer loyalty and all. They did not. We waited an hour before my son asked the manager why they would not put two tables together for us. We had little kids with us. He would not and could care less. Talk about rude. They do have plenty of business and I guess they don’t need ours or our customer loyalty. Unbelievable.Well, I guess we don’t need them either. There are plenty of other restaurants in this area that do care about our business and are much more courteous. We went elsewhere that did make space for us as soon as possible. Their food was delicious and we had a nice evening. Thank you Crestwood Rich & Charlie’s!Tucker’s has good steaks at a decent price and a terrific wait staff, but management stinks. They have a very limited menu, will not take a reservation, will not seat you unless your entire party is present, and will not accommodate a group over four on a weekend. You can make special arrangements for a bigger group for a birthday on a weeknight.Tucker’s goal is to turn tables, not service you.

been going to Tuckers since 1988.
the south location since it opened.
but today that all changed. I will not go back.
service was bad. 2 tables seated after us got there food first. having to wait 40 minutes for a steak sandwich. is unacceptable. I ordered medium , I recieved a piece of way over cooked piece of gristle.
this is not the first time the quality has gone down. just the last time I spend my cash there.
