I ordered a burger with no cheese, it came out cold and completely plain (none of the other condiments that were listed on the menu). Then I bit into it and a massive hair came out. GROSS. Another person in our group had undercooked chicken. Definitely will NOT be back.

Wow! I would give this place 100 stars if I could. The staff were great! Super nice. The place is clean. The vibe is super chill. The FOOD…… lawd have mercy…..I LOVE RANCH! So we ordered a ranch flight and had 13 very unique sauce choices. All very good. We had the Big Kid Mac and Cheese….. thank you god for putting all of this on our plate. We shared a Chicken Caesar Salad and it came in a large bowl with so much chicken! Lastly we shared the pulled pork nachos and they were divine! The portions are huge. The prices are comparable to restaurants that give you half the amount of food and flavor. I super wish we lived here so I could eat here often!

Warm friendly Dive atmosphere- Chris L was kind, knowledgeable and laidback. Food was delicious (hand breaded tenders) and the RANCH? Listen. The ranch had me missing Grandma Newberry’s kitchen in Nashville circa 1983 when we made ranch with a packet of seasoning buttermilk and a mason jar….. The bourbon situation was a little less than spectacular as the stock was low- But as we discussed the lack of Makers Mark and I weighed my options- a server walked up with an armful full of bottles - Buffalo Trace and Woodford for the win!! I had a great visit. Even upsold the guy next to me when I challenged him to try the Trace…. I’ll be back and bringing the friends with me ♥️♥️

me and my girlfriend went here a few months ago i’m just now getting around to review but it was AMAZING the ranch flavors are great i think we tried 15 different types our waiter was quite literally the best waiter we have ever had i wish i could remember her name but i cant she was an older lady. she gave us free fries to go with our meal to try all of our ranch. i got the BBQ mac n cheese and it was so much food i could barley finish half of it. we will 100% eat here again when we are in town the price isn’t terrible either. some of my friends have eaten here as well and i have only heard great things!

Went here last night because Applebees was closed when we walked in nobody greeted us we stood at the door for over 8 minutes exactly while staff walked around and passed us and said nothing also the older guy at the bar looked over at us and never greeted us either I’m gonna circle back to him but eventually my boyfriend asked the black guy are we supposed to seat ourselves and he said someone was supposed to be up there and so he sat us then it took about another 10-15 minutes for someone to come take our drinks her name was Riley she was really sweet best server ever but as we waited for our food I noticed that people started to walk in and they got sat down immediately also noticed the older guy who was behind the bar he even walked over to greet speak and seat several people that came in now I don’t know if it was because we were a large black family and the only black family in there besides for the one black staff member who sat us but the vibe was off we felt uncomfortable and stared at the food was good tho and Riley made the experience better

We ordered appetizers and how food. Why everything came out at once. My Philly sandwich was cold, missing the mushrooms and jalapeños.

Service was minimal due to being slow and servers didn't seem to want to take care of customers. Owner wasn't doing much but sitting at the bar and talking to a woman. Wanted to order a cocktail and yet we were told because they didn't want to make drinks that they were only serving draft beers.
What's the point of having signature Halloween cocktails on pamphlets on the tables if you can't make them?
When I first went to this restaurant long ago when it was just a hole in the wall, it was amazing, service was great back then but this left a very sour taste in our mouths that we probably won't be back for awhile.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service was awful. The staff is sloppy and completely disinterested. The bathrooms were dirty. We were there for a total of 1.5 hours and the majority of the time was waiting on server and getting our dang food. The food was not worth the hype. All in all I would say to save yourself the trip and spend your money elsewhere
I wanted to love this place, but it just okay. My family of four came in on a Friday night after 8. I'm not local, so I don't know how it usually is, but they were clearly understaffed for the amount of patrons. Service staff was visibly stressed. I felt for them. They tried hard. Bathrooms were pretty bad. Food was okay. I had high expectations which probably are why I can't say it's was more than okay, especially for the price.

Walked in and the hostess said 20 minutes wait time, however it turned into 35 minutes and a couple walked in after me and my guest, and was immediately seated the restaurant wasn’t crowded plenty of empty tables, the hostess was very rude
