This place has some potential. But right now its rough. Went on a Saturday which happened to be Valentine's day. The hostess seemed a little confused on how to sit people. But we were seated pretty quick. Once seated the waited came over and said it was his first day back in a while and we were all in this together. We ordered the 13 flight of ranch and fries. We did not get it till after we got our food. Speaking of food... I asked about the Mac and cheese. He told me it was regular Mac and cheese. Well it was more of a garlic pasta. It wasnt awful but it wasnt good and it wasnt Mac and cheese. My son got the Philly the meat was almost rubber and no cheese on it. My husband got the chicken strip meal. It came out late and on a small little plate because they apparently burned his first batch. So all in all it was a hot mess!!! We had been talking about going here for a year or two because we love ranch and dips! Like I said it has some potential it just needs some love in the kitchen!!!

On 2/29/26, my family and I went to Twisted Ranch for lunch. It was by far the worst experience I had. When we arrived, we were sat down at a table within 8 minutes, it took 20 minutes for a waiter to even come to the table which I had to ask someone if we were going to be waited on. The waiter finally got our order, it took an hour and 4 minutes before the food arrived- and it was cold. We ordered chicken tenders/fries, and pasta. The waiter only came back once after I had to ask two different waiters for napkins, silver ware, and refills. Had to ask another waiter for our ticket, it was the wrong ticket. Luckily, I asked to speak to the manager and she credited our money back. I’ve never asked to speak to a manager in the past, but I was appalled. We won’t ever go back or recommend this place.

Took forever to even get our waters, waited an hour to even get out order in, saw a girl vaping right behind the bar in front of everyone, I tried using the bathroom but there was a huge pole in the way of the stall door. Felt more like a club atmosphere than a restaurant.

Meh….the food was okay, not anything great. I had the gyro with tater tots and a side salad. The side salad seemed to be super cheap ingredients. The tots were just your basic tots with some seasoning. Very mid gyro.
Service was great though. I like the vibe/feel of the place. Food’s just meh.
