We have waited 4 years to find the time to stop in our travel through St. Louis.
$40 for the flight around the world was insane.
Our server I thought was going to be great & then never came back…. No refills. We ended up having to get boxes, bags and lids ourselves because she was gone for so long….. VERY disappointing and overpriced.

We came in yesterday with a birthday reservation for a friend. Everyone I've ever talked to about this place said it was fantastic. But our experience was strange from as soon as we sat down. Starting off our waiter was all over the place, randomly running off in the middle of my girlfriend placing her order only to return 5 minutes later not remembering what we all ordered. Once the order was in, it became a waiting game. We arrived at 7:30, ordered around 7:55, and didnt get our main course until almost right at 9:00. When our appetizers arrived they weren't hot. I asked for the check prior to getting my main course and asked for it to-go. When our waiter returned with the food he apologized stating there was only one cook working. After finally paying we left. By the next morning my girlfriend and I were both incredibly sick. The only redeeming quality of our experience was the ranches. Credit where credit is due they tasted fantastic. But with the fear of illness looming after every meal from this establishment, i cant say ill be back any time soon.

Food was luke warm by the time it reached us, it was good though. Server(Zach W) couldn't remember items or who ordered them. Honestly Zach could not keep anything correct. He also neglected our table throughout our meal. Just skip unless you absolutely love ranch dressing variations.

My first time being here and the service was amazing, the only complaint I had was the portions didn't match the price. The server was awesome and kind and the food was very tasty.
I came here for one of my friend's birthday, which was amazing!! Everyone was extremely welcoming from the start! Our server, jaxx, started right by suggesting a couple of Halloween drinks, which was terrific. On top of that, the bartender andy brought every drink to us, checked on us multiple times, made sure to mention happy birthday, and was overall fantastic as well. we will definitely be coming back !

I used to love this place before they changed locations. The service is absolutely awful every time I come now. I went tonight and we waited at the front with no greeting or acknowledgement for at least fifteen minutes. After finally getting someone’s attention, we waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order, and another 15 minutes for drinks. Appetizers took at least 45 minutes, which they said there was only cook, which is totally understandable, and we were patient. But the service, I could go on and on about. She was awful, and she said she was new, but it was like she’s never had a human interaction in her life. We told her our cheese wedges appetizer was still frozen and she picked one up at the table to test it and walked away without saying anything. We also, after waiting over an hour for our entrees, recieved the wrong item, and we were still charged for it. We paid 140 dollars to be completely dissatisfied. There were more instances, but bottom line, none of the employees working there were employees to be proud of. Sadly, I think this will be my last time going, which sucks because I loved taking out of town family here.
We had such a good time here! I think it was the manager who took care of us and he did a great job. He was so attentive, but not too involved, and made great recommendations and really knew his stuff. The food was also very good! If we're ever in St. Louis again, we'll come back for the mini ranch flight! Such a fun idea!

All around a pretty poor experience. There was a bug on our plate that had no wings, so it couldn’t have flown on to the plate. Our server forgot our fries, told us they were coming a little behind the rest of our food, and when we finally saw our server again, he was talking on the phone in the dining room and we had to ask for our fries, which we told him we’d take to go. He had completely forgotten he told us the fries were coming. Brought us burnt tater tots in a to go box.

We had a great experience - the food was excellent and unique; so many ranch dressings!! Our server Hannah made the evening ending - so personable, friendly and so helpful! Thanks for everything, Hannah!
The food was pretty good but for the price, it was missing a lot of ingredients it was supposed to have. I didn’t get the pickle that I asked for or the nerds that are supposed to come in the drink that I ordered the loaded fries, (which are really good even) didn’t have any bacon in them like they’re supposed to which is sad and the lettuce leaf that I got with my burger was rotting a little around the edges that I tore off. They sat me with a server who had a lot of big groups of people so it took a while for her to take my order which wasn’t a big deal for me but could be for other people. She was really nice tho and did let me know that it would be a few minutes bc of her section being so full compared to the other sections. For my drink Burger with a side of fries I paid $37 with an additional seven dollars tip. Which is kind of expensive for the amount of things that it was missing But you know things happen.
