We went for my birthday dinner, the service was terrible, we waited over 30 minutes for drinks, multiple of our friends ordered canned drinks, the food was mediocre at best, our waitress lied about being out of one of the ranch flavors and we were barely checked on during the duration of our visit. Overall the experience felt very unorganized and unprofessional as we had our server talking in accents sitting at our table and making remarks over personal items. Honestly we won’t return we were very disappointed from today’s experience and we will be sharing our experience with others who express interest in coming to this establishment.

Our server I thought was going to be great & then never came back…. No refills. We ended up having to get boxes, bags and lids ourselves because she was gone for so long….. VERY disappointing and overpriced.

We came in yesterday with a birthday reservation for a friend. Everyone I've ever talked to about this place said it was fantastic. But our experience was strange from as soon as we sat down. Starting off our waiter was all over the place, randomly running off in the middle of my girlfriend placing her order only to return 5 minutes later not remembering what we all ordered. Once the order was in, it became a waiting game. We arrived at 7:30, ordered around 7:55, and didnt get our main course until almost right at 9:00. When our appetizers arrived they weren't hot. I asked for the check prior to getting my main course and asked for it to-go. When our waiter returned with the food he apologized stating there was only one cook working. After finally paying we left. By the next morning my girlfriend and I were both incredibly sick. The only redeeming quality of our experience was the ranches. Credit where credit is due they tasted fantastic. But with the fear of illness looming after every meal from this establishment, i cant say ill be back any time soon.

Food was luke warm by the time it reached us, it was good though. Server(Zach W) couldn't remember items or who ordered them. Honestly Zach could not keep anything correct. He also neglected our table throughout our meal. Just skip unless you absolutely love ranch dressing variations.
