If perfection was possible, this brisket sandwich would be it, in fact it's PERFECT. Husband says the BLT was also really good. Staff was kind and welcoming. Place is really cute. Came here on recommendation and now we highly recommend it to you.
Bubbas is one of my favorite spots in the city. Yoshi behind the counter always cooking up them experimental sauces. Kyle the owner really came thru with a gem of a spot. Hard to shine as a sandwich shop on The Hill, but Bubbas shines bright !

Just left and was totally satisfied. We had the German potato salad which was so good. Then we had a meatball slider and an Italian beef. First off I love the slider idea as I feel it gives you an opportunity to try something instead of having to get the bigger sandwich. We loved the bread! That, to us, is the make or break on a sandwich. We also appreciated that they put the giardiniera on the crease of the Italian beef instead of on top.
