Our wait time was nearly double what was quoted. Meanwhile, employees were still quoting shorter wait times on the phone, so people were just piling up both in the restaurant and outside, waiting for very-overdue pizzas. If there had been an apology made, ok, but the older female employee just wordlessly handed me our order… no smile, no nothing. Awesome pizza! Always fresh, cheesy and hot. I'm holding out hope they'll one day offer mozzarella cheese sticks. 😉
I just want to say thank you to Uncle Leo's staff at the South county location. Last night we attended the cruising Lindbergh car cruise and a lot of the places were overwhelmed with visitors. The staff at Uncle Leo's did a fantastic job on dealing with the more than normal pizza orders and feeding everyone. I had 4 families with our group alone and we absolutely loved the pizza we waited an hour and a half for.
