This place is our favorite for carry out. The service has always been great. Their delicious pizza is consistently delicious. When relatives come from out of town, it is one of our go-tos for St. Louis style pizza, to really show off.

Really bad pizza. Pizza looks nothing like the pics online. The cheese on my pizza was runny and almost clear. That wasn't mozzarella. I choked down 2 small pieces and regretted it. The rest went into the trash.

The pizza is good but the estimated wait times and how far off they are from that in reality is ridiculous. We were told the wait would be an hour and 15 minutes. After arriving around that time we waited an additional 15 minutes for them to tell us the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. Awful communication all around for what is actually good quality pizza. I’ll be going elsewhere after this experience.

People talk about the pizza, which is, of course, some of the best St. Louis style adjacent around. But while we were in there last night, the ladies up front were extra sweet to everyone that walked in. The entire group had a happy dynamic. Service was higher than a 5.
Please note, I HIGHLY recommend that you order takeout only. They have six seats. That's it. The intent is that you order online and pick up.

Was the best st.louis style cracker crust prove blend pizza ive had. Were from Kansas city and always try to find a new one when rolling through the Lou. Was not disappointed at all. Highly recommend the deluxe and salad was good as well.

Our wait time was nearly double what was quoted. Meanwhile, employees were still quoting shorter wait times on the phone, so people were just piling up both in the restaurant and outside, waiting for very-overdue pizzas. If there had been an apology made, ok, but the older female employee just wordlessly handed me our order… no smile, no nothing. Seriously, there are way too many good pizza places in St. Louis to deal with such poor service. If you wanna go here, it’s at your own risk - but at least plan for twice the quoted wait time. It ruined our planned evening activities because we didn’t budget time for shenanigans.
Awesome pizza! Always fresh, cheesy and hot. I'm holding out hope they'll one day offer mozzarella cheese sticks. 😉

I just want to say thank you to Uncle Leo's staff at the South county location. Last night we attended the cruising Lindbergh car cruise and a lot of the places were overwhelmed with visitors. The staff at Uncle Leo's did a fantastic job on dealing with the more than normal pizza orders and feeding everyone. I had 4 families with our group alone and we absolutely loved the pizza we waited an hour and a half for.
But the reason I'm writing this is to applaud your staff for the way they dealt with some of the people that were upset about the rush. Even with rude comments the staff reacted with kindness and professionalism. I hope this review reaches the owners to assure them that they hired the right staff to run this location. In a world that's changing daily it's good to see kindness is still alive.
Our food was worth the wait and one of the best thin crust pizzas I've ever had. Thank you for being the highlight of our drive from Illinois. You have gained 12 new fans that love pizza from State to state.
