The sno cones we received at the Telegraph location were filled less than 3/4 of the way. We were also asked out loud if we would like to tip rather than selecting a tip on the screen ourselves. This was very uncomfortable and not a practice I have encountered. We did not receive a product that was worthy of the price we paid. Very disappointing!!

Best sno-cones, hands down. I *highly* recommend the Pina Colada.... a mix of tigers blood and pineapple. 🤤 This is a must stop when we are in town.

I usually love to take my kid to get a snowcone but tonight was not like any other night. The lady seems irritated and not friendly. Which for a kids place I feel like they should have happy people working but customer service has gone down now a days. I also wanted to purchase a scoop of ice cream on the side instead of on top of my snowcone and she said no we can not do that. If I’m paying $2.00 for a scoop of ice cream I should be able to say if I want it on my snow one or on the side!

Great little snocone shack. Lots of flavors and add ons to choose from. Fair pricing. Friendly service. The table games and bags game are a fun touch!

Starting working here at 13 yrs old w my momma I will never find a better snow cone anywhere that's because family recipes are always best ? this lil stand will always have a permanent spot in my heart from a family member who is very very dearly missed

The girl ASKED ME TO TIP HER 3$ on my 5$ snowcone! I threw my snowcone away because she never handed me my snowcone until after I said I will go to my car to get her tip.. she then proceeded to watch me like hawk as I walked to my car.. like head out the window! I will never go back

They have several places to sit as well as corn hole sets to play. Very fast and friendly service.
