Union Station Cookies and Cupcakes

Rooms smell like dogs and dog food. Bar/restaurant team seem way more into socializing and extremely inconvenienced by having a guest. One of our favorite places to stay while traveling. Not sure what happened. Hopefully just a bad day.

We have an upcoming stay surprising my 12 year old daughter for her birthday so I called the hotel to see if they could do something special, like simple decorations in the room or a small special treat for the birthday girl, I was told by hotel staff that that’s not allowed and I can bring balloons if I want. I work in hospitality and in a hotel as well, I thought for sure they would accommodate something special for us. At least a treat for her and offer to charge a fee for decor.

hotel light show was closed for a private function( I specifically checked the calendar,we were only in town for 2 days).Fire & light show was 3 min with no fire!

we went to the soda fountain last night and our server Abby F. was amazing. we were a party if 10 and she was there fir all of our needs. Manager was Miranda- Randi and she was great as well. very friendly staff. we will definitely go back!

I had the best BLT ever! Tons of perfectly cooked bacon on buttered bread. Their chocolate shake was yummy too.

A place to get a good cookie, but not a great cookie. Unless you're taking the kids to the aquarium and have a few extra bucks burning up your pocket it's not something to go out of your way for.

service was horrible!! we waited 20 minutes to even get a drink order. I finally was able to order the chilli. it was disgusting!!!! pretty sure dog food would have tasted better. I found something in it still not sure what it was. waited another 20 min to let our server know about the chili. she never came back I had to go track down a hostess. they did give me a $25 gift certificate that I used in the gift shop for candy because I don't think I'll be returning for any food .

Tracy was terrible as a waiter they don’t let you choose where you want to sit cause they don’t want to clean they have certain sections that they won’t seat people and got my order wrong

A nice treat while at a conference in the area. The coffee was fresh both in the morning and in the afternoon. I also had an oatmeal cookie which was very good. The staff was the best part. As a visitor to the area a bit of friendly conversation can make a person's day. Thank you.
