We traveled from Chicago however the place, atmosphere and service was phenomenal Dom the bartender was great food choice was definitely bare minimum nothing to chose from if the food menu increase this place would be awesome

Walked in and no one was there. Red flag number one. Got the margarita flight and they were awful. Had fries and it was a mix of overcooked & undercooked fries. The garlic aioli was awful. Server was eating chips, never washed his hands, and in between chips he was on a phone call not attending to us or the one other poor lady who came in after us. ALSO they charged 18% gratuity and didn’t mention it so I tipped extra when it wasn’t deserved at all. Would give 0 stars if possible. Go to 360 Rooftop or Four seasons for a place with good food/drinks/view/& service. Should be ashamed themselves.

I usually go to R&B night every Monday but this past Monday was not a good experience as far as food wise. The server notified us they only had two items on the menu available me and my friend was disappointed because we wanted food. However someone who works at the restaurant down stairs came up and and gave us chips and queso on the house. Another thing I will say is the DJ is always on point with the music and the bar service is usually pretty good before it gets crowded

They were out of everything except flatbread pizza and fries. No manager on duty. It was under staffed. The DJ mix was on point. R&B Monday is a vibe yet eat before hand.

Ive been coming to upbar for some time and ive thoroughly enjoyed the vibe. It had been a while since i had gone and when i went back I brought a friend after raving about the bartenders and how polite they were. After going I saw that a few changes had been made to management, which, to say the least, the change didn’t compliment upbar. Giving people the benefit of the doubt, I came back but it’s obvious the atmosphere is not the same. The new managers name is Valencia, I think. She’s rude, inattentive and I’m not sure how her lack of customer service skills somehow landed her a management job.

The ranch had a cardboard taste to it, the wings were just ok, and my fries weren’t done. The drink was just ok I enjoyed the lemon drop shot, the staff were friendly too. They charge a 18 percent gratuity as well. Everything was just ok.

You can definitely tell when staff energy is shifted when a new manager comes into an establishment. This is one of my favorite places to unwind, and for the last few times I've come in, it's been extremely off. The staff aren't as lively as they've always been. It's more so like unsettling and moody. I've noticed the new manager, I believe her name is Valencia, doesn't connect well with the staff, combative, and its noticeable. She comes off as a person having an attitude. I'm used to a pleasant atmosphere, a lot of laughs, and the staff being themselves with the customers. It's just not there anymore!

Horrible experience. Horrible service from bar “manager”. Horrible food. We were never greeted and felt like we were inconveniencing them by walking in. We were also never checked on after getting food over 30 min later when no one else was there. Also had to ask for check from bar to pay. 18% gratitude was automatically charged for absolutely no service. No drink refills, no making sure food was correct nothing. My nachos had chips that were so stale and covered in so much cheese that they were basically noodles. My friends Cesar Chicken Wrap had no lettuce. Apparently they were out of lettuce, but didn’t let us know at time of ordering. They let another guest know that’s how we heard. Worst “bar/ restaurant” I’ve been to… Will never go back…

Music and service were average, but there are great views of Midtown from this bar! I enjoyed the lemonade flight. There are plenty of seating options to sit and relax, but the rooftop is a bit small so you might not get a seat with a view if they are busier.

It took me 2 hours just to get NO food and for them to have to refund me. They don’t deserve any stars to be honest. I don’t recommend. Also over half of what they advertise isn’t even on the menu.
