Had a tripe and Honey hot lemon pepper wings. I did not enjoy either. Nice and polite ppl but I’ll pass on the food

My husband and i tried it last Wednesday I had the catfish meal It was SOOO SCRUMPTIOUS 😋 and everyone knows that i LOVE CRINKLE FRIES. BABY I WILL CALL A RESTAURANT AND ASK ARE THEY SERVING CRINKLE FRIES IN A MINUTE AND IF THEY'RE NOT I WANT GO. HINT : POPS 🤣🤣🤣 BUT EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS THE YOUNG LADY AT THE COUNTER WAS SWEET. AND MATTER OF FACT I JUST SENT MY HUSBAND BACK THERE TO GET ME ANOTHER CATFISH MEAL 😋✌️

The tripe is very under season, the fries had no seasoning at all! I throw my sandwich in the trash! The chicken was just ok hardly any flavor.

I picked up an extra shift driving for the Muny in Forest Park, and during a break, my coworker and I walked over to the Delmar Loop and stopped at Vails Brothers. Let me tell y’all, the tripe sandwich I had was 🔥🔥🔥🔥! Super crispy, perfectly seasoned, and not chewy at all. I meant to snap a pic, but the hunger hit hard after that walk—if you know, you know! I also ordered the 4-piece honey hot wings. Solid flavor, nice kick but honestly, the tripe stole the show. I knew it was going to hit when the cook looked at us and said, “Oh yeah, I can do that” with full confidence. 😂
I’ll definitely be back. 10/10—highly recommend!
