Recent Reviews

The food was good but u can tell when different cooks work different days because the food isn’t consistent. The food might be seasoned and fried one way one day and then seasoned and fried a completely different way the next. If the all the cooks stick to just one recipe instead of doing their own thing, I think you’d be great.

I called for my client so that she can no how much her food was going to be. Instead of me getting a price with taxes, I was told to go online and she hung up on me. Not cool, I was going to make a purchase for myself but nope not getting my money.

Im so disappointed. I decided to try Vail brother's again because a few years ago I had to write a review because I was disappointed in the quality of my food. I thought since its been awhile I'll try them again. I got the #1. Shrimp, chicken, fries, roll. My chicken was ok, my fries taste like they were fried in old grease. My shrimp is what really dusapoointed me. They were flat, and they definitely were fried in old grease. I guess it will be a long time before I...
