If you want to try a local spot for some chicken and support a family that is a big help to the community…..HIT UP VAILS!!! I loved the fried chicken so much I got food from Vails a second night in a row to try more of their food….WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! Catfish AMAZING, friend chicken AMAZING, Fried okra…PHENOMENAL!

If you’re searching for the best Sunday brunch near The Hill and Maplewood in St. Louis, stop scrolling. My wife and I popped in after church and were immediately blown away — cute, cozy atmosphere, and some of the happiest, most upbeat service we’ve encountered at any St. Louis brunch restaurant.
The food is where Vail’s really shines. My shrimp and grits were deeply flavorful without being overpowering — that balance is hard to get right, and they nailed it....
