Great Store! Great prices!
terrible customer service. Baristas... seems to be mad , poor service, bad attitude. worst place .
The food is good, but I wish they had more of a variety of soup to choose from.
Also, they have hot chocolate at the registers. Could they possibly carry the sugar-free kind? It would help with ones that have diabetes.
Thanks so much for taking care of the veterans.

I was looking for some Spray And Wash clothing stain removal. The Veterans Canteen Retail Store had a shelf space for Shout clothing stain removal but nothing on the shelf or in the back shelves and nothing on order in the near future.

Skip the ice box and go straight to the food prep areas. Any of them. They are all good. Though I missed the fish last Friday ?

Thought entree and sides priced to high. Most of the store options priced too high.

Nice place to get a snack or lunch at a VA facility.
Good convenience
Always friendly staff serving good tasty food.
I have had decent health care and am a former employee. I would just like to say one of the biggest complaints I used to hear about the VA was that there was a lack of information being given to our vets. I would say thus recently happened to me. I recently found out I was given a new primary care doctor, NOT by anyone in the VA as a letter, or an email, or even a phone call. I was having an issue and called in to my clinic and was told after that clinic lost some important paperwork I had dropped off. The clinic did print off what I needed, but they lost one part of it that they were not able to print for myself and delayed me getting something I needed for my car. I suggest when veterans are assigned a new primary care doctor, it would be nice to be told that when the change happens.
