This is a serious restaurant; those looking for big portions of greasy food they can take home in doggy bags should go elsewhere. The preparation is exquisite, the tastes subtle, and the wine list not large, but very good. If you are buying a bottle, and the food choices among others at the table are disparate, it pays to ask the in house sommelier what would work best. What a fantastic meal, up there with some of the best I’ve ever had. Each dish was delicious and wonderfully unique. The potato churros were a particular standout for me. And the service was just as excellent as the food. Overall a fairly spectacular experience.
